Came in with a numbered gift card with no expiration date given. I was told because someone else had fraudulently started reproducing them, they no longer honored them. That was that, she didn't bat an eye at saying they wouldn't honor a store-numbered gift card.

I have only been to this place twice and both times the service was not very good. One time I had to wait forever while the worker talked with a customer about their personal life. Today there were four people working inside and no one in line except me. It took a while to get my soda and when I looked inside every one was laying and holding their noses. I asked if everything was OK and they said they just spilled something. I asked if my drink was OK and she rudely told me it was. I was too scared to try it.

The only good thing about drink factory seems to be their bread and jam. The drinks never taste as good as Fixxology or Pick Me Up and when I bought one to take home to my husband I asked for no ice. We live 30 minutes away and he didn't want a watery drink. They charged an additional dollar because I asked for no ice. I have never been charged for no ice at either of the other drink shops I mentioned.

They were so helpful. I was looking for something particular to give as a small gift for a coworker. They happily helped me choose the perfect treat for her. It's really nice to get that kind of service at a drive through. The drinks were so good and my coworker was very surprised and so happy to receive it.

I purchased one of your Drink Factory Mugs yesterday. I ordered my drink got it home and realized that the straw that comes with the mug had a black gooey thing stuck to the inside of the straw, almost looked like a dead bug. I returned today to purchase another drink. I pointed out the dirty straw that had been sold. I was told okay I will wash it out for you (by the way I had tried that at home, and it would not come out). She took the order and filled it handed it back with the same dirty straw in the drink. I drove back around your drive thru and asked that the straw be replaced. So not only did I get served a dirty straw in my drink once, but then again the next day. Unsanitary is unacceptable at a drink or food establishment. Considering the price of your mugs, I believe she should have realized just to replace the straw that should never have been sold the first time. Instead I had to tell her that I wanted the replacement. It was handled wrong from a business standpoint if you would like return business. Just so you know I gave her the dirty straw back, if you are questioning it.

I live elsewhere but am staying in the area for a few weeks, so naturally, I had to take part in the "dirty soda" craze here! I opted for a Coke Zero with coconut cream, along with raspberry and marshmallow syrups. I also grabbed a "mini" sugar cookie for a snack- and it was certainly not what I would call mini! Great little grab-and-go snack, and I love that the cookie is served chilled- because it certainly didn't take long for it to warm up in this heat! Definitely recommend.

They have some fantastic drinks. My favorites are the one made with flat water. The owner is fantastic she's the nicest lady. Definitely go here lots of sugar-free options.

Came by Saturday for a drink, I went to dump the rest out today (Sunday) and there was an entire drink nozzle from the fountain machine in my drink. Disgusting.

Great drinks, pretty customizable. When I asked if they could make a specific drink, they told me they couldn't, so I had to find another drink to have. The drinks tasted great, but that was disappointing.
