There were a lot of options to order here. That was nice. Some of the dishes were disappointing. The kid's macaroni was hard and not tasty. The salmon was a large portion, but tasted like it wasn't anything special. The service was lacking. It took a while to place our orders and then again it took a while to get our check.We will try it again. Perhaps it was just an off day.

We've always wanted to try out this place, especially the Italian nachos so we decided to go eat out as a family of 4 on a Sunday @ 5:00. We were sat right away in a section with some full tables but not too busy. Saw 2 different servers walk past us, never greeted us. They continued to walk past us, attended to other tables but not a word to us, we were completely ignored. There is only so long you can stare at a menu and look up waiting patiently for someone, anyone to come by and take our order, let alone even say Hi to us. After 25 minutes of nothing, we left. We went right across the street to Johnny Carinos instead. We were sat right away and warmly greeted and drink orders were taken, all in just a few minutes. Such a difference good service makes. And they also have Italian nachos on their menu so that was an easy fix and ended up being a nice evening. Good job Carinos. Good service pays off. We will never return to Firehouse again.

Wow... disappointing to say the least. Forgot about our drink for a good half hour. Average food at a CRAZY price. Horrible drinks. Rough service. The manager just stood around and looked like a lost child. We stayed there for like 90 minutes and every second I wanted to leave.
