I have always loved Wendy’s, but knowing it as a fast food place I don’t really expect customer service in any capacity. I’ve had some pretty bad people experiences but still been happy with the food so I didn’t care. I decided to dine in today and Jake went above and beyond to make sure my experience was good. I happened to be on a phone call when I grabbed my drink and sat down and he noticed and brought my food to the table for me instead of yelling my name out. Absolute legend. Keep it up guys, and I’ll make sure this is the only location in IF that I go to.

Let me start off by saying, I have never received better customer service or seen a manager care so much about his staff.
I came into Wendy’s with my 2 boys to get something for dinner. Anthony helped me get my order taken and even suggested we try one of the lemonades (10/10 the Strawberry is so good). While my order was being taken. Jake gave my boys and I a complimentary Frosty’s. He let us know our food was being made friends and gave us the ETA of when our food was to be ready. Once we sat down, Jake with a Trainee named Lexi revisited us just to make sure everything was up to par. We could tell she was a bit nervous and he did such a good job helping her overcome these nerves. Jake, I hope you read this and know how appreciative we are. Anthony, great recommendations. We WILL be back. Lexi, Keep it up! You got this!

I just came through the drive thru, and took a bite of my jr. bacon cheese burger and my patty was still raw, and there was blood on my bun. Everything else in my order was cooked fine but my jr. bacon.

Be sure to specify vociferously if you have allergies. They aren't always attentive to things like "no cheese" unless you make a big deal about it.

I ordered chillie thru the drive thru and they didn't give me a spoon. So, I went back thru drive thru and said " you forgot my spoon, what? Is it finger chillie and I laughed so did the lady. Then I asked do I get a dessert for you forgetting my spoon. They didn't answer. So I kept asking. The lady said Don't talk to me like that, I was confused so I asked again. I got to the window and a guy later known to be the MANAGER JACOB, GAVE ME A SPOON. I ASKED TO I GET A DESSERT FOR YOU FORGETTING MY SPOIN. HE SAID IF YOU KEEP IT UP YOY WILL NO LINGER BE WELCOMED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. HE WAS VERY RUDE!! ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS SAY NO. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE AND RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WONT BE GOING TO WENDYS EVER AGAIN!!!!
I love going there, minus one associate. Everytime we go there and she’s working, we are unable to get the modifications we want to make on our order and she says that we can’t do it. Meanwhile we have gotten that every other time we have went there and she wasn’t working drive thru. Not sure why she needs to lie about it.

They are fast. Fries were fresh, sandwiches hot and I was in and out quickly. Plus they were super busy. Kudos to this place. It wasn't more than 5 minutes from when I clicked submit order in the app to when they called me for my food. Probably closer to 4 minutes.
