We came in for lunch at 1 they weren't very busy but they messed up my husband's food and the kid at the counter was amazing about trying to fix the problem but it is quite ridiculous that in full view of the customers the girl on the grill was being rude to the front counter kid and chewing him out because she didn't want to fix the mistake. I was very disappointed seeing that because the front counter guy was being very polite and had superb customer service!

My stupid butt made an in app order to Blackfoots wendy's when I ment to order from Ammon. These very nice employees were able to help me out in getting the food I paid for. They were respectful in listening to my dilemma and helped me out. (Unlike Blackfoot who told me they couldn't do anything for me.)

I enjoy Wendys restaurants. I like the fact that unlike McDonald's I can get a diet soda other than diet coke. Except at this Wendys. The last three times I have gone through the drive through and ordered a diet Dr pepper, without fail I get diet coke.
Diet coke is a terrible drink. The owners need to do some quality assurance checks with their drive through, or just fold up shop.

Why have two drive through lanes when you ignore the outside lane. This has happened twice in the past two weeks.
Went through the drive-thru attempted to order a chicken sandwich didn't happen because lack of communication with the cashier not communicating to their customers waited for 5 minutes attempted to communicate nudged my horn to get attention nothing worked the cashier immediately helped out another person that pulled up next to me after I've been waiting for 5 minutes with no response this is very immature and for a business that is so successful it's a Pity that I had to write this review hopefully they can find someone with a better work ethic.
