i guess they ran out nuggets and just bought some Tyson recalled nuggets, because they were TERRIBLE!! they felt soggy and the size of dime! do better!

My husband and I ate inside Wendy’s tonight (which we normally would just hit the drive through) and were greeted by the kindest worker, Anthony. He helped place our order while dealing with an extremely rude customer and offered to help her fix it. The inside was clean, food was hot and tasty. I expect solid food at Wendy’s but I have to say the service surpassed all expectations.

I have been to this Wendy’s a couple of times and they’re always great. The food comes out hot and they’ve never messed up an order. This evening we went in and Anthony took our order. He was so nice. While he was helping us he was angrily confronted by a KAREN! She ordered incorrectly and was so mad that they had made her order correctly. Anthony handled it very well and that woman was a menace. Give Anthony a raise pls.

I have ordered for carryout several time and have NEVER had my order come out right. Today, half my food was missing. When I called to let them know, my options were to drive back over or to get a coupon for my next visit. They would not refund my money for the items I did not receive and I dont want to go back again. Terrible food, terrible service. Will not go back.

My boyfriend went through the drive thru and ordered the loaded nacho burger with no lettuce or tomato for me and he specifically said "everything except the lettuce or tomato" because they always have a problem with getting our orders wrong so when he brought the burger back to me I opened it and it only had the cheese and the patty on it, so me being sick of them getting my order wrong finally decided to call them to give them the chance to correct it, I just stated over the phone what was wrong with the order and the lady on the phone had the attitude of "not my problem" but still offered to fix the issue. When my boyfriend went back to get the correct order they treated him like he was just trying to get a free meal and actually said "We'll let this slide but next time make sure you order clearly" and actually argued with him about how he ordered, They ALWAYS get the order wrong NEVER go here. Terrible customer service.

I truly hate leaving bad reviews. I love leaving those five star reviews. HOWEVER, they are all there for a reason. My goal in this review is hoping the employees read it, the manager reads it, and any future customer reads it so that they at least exercise caution. I'd hate for them to have disappointment. I work delivering food and so it was interesting being on the other side as a customer getting a bad order. Here goes - I ordered at the speaker. The screen showed an incorrect order so I asked the employee and pointed out the issue. His response was a "broken screen". It wasn't broken on our end and there wasn't any sign pointing out the issue this employee claimed it had. I then ask why the price reflected the wrong order because he gave me the same price as the broken incorrect screen. I was truly confused. He was giving me a TON of attitude. I get to the window and once again ask if the order was correct and the price. Clearly the employees talk and I've heard them on MANY occasions, openly bitching about the customers. I get food there daily as part of my job. As I drove away, I started feeling bad like I was in the wrong for asking why the screen and price, didn't reflect our order. Hold on! Why am I feeling bad about this? Because the employees weren't nice about it which made me feel bad. How unfortunate is that? Anyway, we get home, open the bag, unwrap the food and BOOM- hairs on and in most of the items. Um how? If this wasn't something the rude employees did, then someone that works there, needs a hair net asap! Just gross. Those guys can keep their attitude and their hair.

Ordered my food for my lunch at work. I ordered a double stack biggie bag with an extra 4 piece nugget ghost pepper ranch 2 and a sour cream and chive bake potato, sprite zero. I left and when lunch came around I opened my bag and found I was missing my straw, one sauce, no butter and no sour cream. The double stack was thrown together... I've had better ones made in the past... The bun looked pressed together like it was squished. The nuggets where fine just one sauce short. Fries where over salted. And my potatoes was plain with chives because no butter and sour cream. My drink I made due with no straw. Just need to look in the bag before I leave and that need to pay attention.
