Amazed. All of my expectations were surpassed and my wife and I were so thankful for such an incredible meal. The staff was so welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere was classy and comfortable, and the food was so inventive and exciting in both texture and flavor. These recipes were really a work of art -salad, apps, entrees, desert: everything was stellar. I was truly grateful for every morsel and every minute. You guys have a great thing going. I wish I didn’t live so far away!

My husband and I stopped here on our last night in Idaho. What an amazing end to our vacation. The food was superb. My husband had the duck and I had the brisket. We also shared a tomato pesto appetizer, kale quinoa salad, and crème brulee. Everything was perfect. I especially loved the salad - I'm not sure what kind of vinaigrette is used but I would love to know because I would carry a bottle of it with me everywhere. Our server was Riley, who was new, but very friendly, and even told us about an area where we might be able to see a moose since that was on our bucket list (and we did! Thank you Riley!)
I don't know when we will ever be in the area again, but I'm so glad we had the chance to eat here. We've eaten at high end restaurants that were less impressive than this place.

The service, ambiance, chef were all very friendly. The appetizers, salad and main course was amazing, portions were huge, and the fruit cobbler at the end was fantastic! Fine dining in Bellevue, great prices and portions! This place would be mobbed anywhere! Sauces, pesto, Caesar dressing, amazing! This place is a find!!!

Did not eat dinner here but had cocktails. They were superb! The service was fantastic...the bartender/GM was particularly personable, friendly, and provided first-class service. One of our favorite visits in the Wood River valley. Will definitely visit here again, next time for dinner!

I don’t know who is in charge of the “James Beard” awards but presumable James himself doesn’t taste steaks in Sun Valley (Pioneer Saloon won and theirs tastes like a mummy made it)….. but THIS. Is the best steak in the Valley. Michels is great too. But I think this is the definitive best steak. But if you bastards blowout the seating and I lose my spot….. I call the middle seat next to the server rail.

The Cutthroat Club is incredible; honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. I had the beef brisket, my boyfriend had the prime rib, and everything was absolutely to die for. I would come back to visit just to eat the food here again, no joke.
The staff and the food are literally second to none - and I travel a lot. From the atmosphere, the incredible chef👨🍳 , the hostesses, and our *amazing* bartender (s/o to Sophie - you’re the best, I’m so happy and honored to have met you!), everything was absolutely perfect. The locals are awesome, drinks and food are amazing, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. ❤️ Thank you guys!

We had an amazing experience at Cutthroat, the food was delicious from appetizers to main!! Our party was 7 people including 3 kids, we were celebrating a birthday. Priscila was our server, she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel truly welcome. The service was prompt, and she handled everything with a warm and professional attitude.
