I don’t know who is in charge of the “James Beard” awards but presumable James himself doesn’t taste steaks in Sun Valley (Pioneer Saloon won and theirs tastes like a mummy made it)….. but THIS. Is the best steak in the Valley. Michels is great too. But I think this is the definitive best steak. But if you bastards blowout the seating and I lose my spot….. I call the middle seat next to the server rail.

The Cutthroat Club is incredible; honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. I had the beef brisket, my boyfriend had the prime rib, and everything was absolutely to die for. I would come back to visit just to eat the food here again, no joke.

Delicious food. Owner is an amazing stand up guy. 5 star restaurant by far. Will gladly take the drive to dine here again. Absolutely incredible. All the way around. I’ve been to a lot of high class restaurants and this food beats them by far.
