Went through the drive through and left the lady know I needed sometime to order. Then a male uncle came on and got very rude and wanted me to hurry up and order then sad he couldn't hear me and got very rude and I was very offended. I asked the gal at the window who was the rude male voice and she indicated it was the manager. That really offend me thinking that a manager would talk to anybody over the intercom in the way he did. I feel that this employee needs new training or...read full review
Today Dev the manager over at Blackfoot Arby’s was amazing I would definitely recommend for everyone to go to him he is a great guy he. The customer service he gives is one of the top I have ever seen. Thank you for making my day great
