We always use doordash, every single time we get a French dip, they forget the au jus. Every single time. You'd think one of us would learn. They also usually forget one of the drinks and the foods luke warm. We try them out about every three months and they keep getting worse. Go back to paying these kids minimum wage.

I dont know arbys u charged me twice an yesterday I didn't even go to arbys but u still charged my debit card for a meal I can't say if it was intentional but the scammers are every where so double check cause the try to charge me for a meal I didn't even get I work 15 + hrs an I work hard for my money an I wouldn't like it to be taken an I don't get no food do better cause I'm call the better business bureau cause not cool not cool it was my favorite place

Order double classic with cheese I asked for fresh french fries drove home they didn't put cheese or sauce on my double cheese went back told them I had no cheese or sauce they kind of argued then they gave me a sandwich which was not a double and then they gave me back my double and the old fries now I have cold fries no double cheese classic just a single seriously what happened tocustomer service ... The young lady was nice The guy with the long hair with facial yeah he's kind of rude
