I dont know arbys u charged me twice an yesterday I didn't even go to arbys but u still charged my debit card for a meal I can't say if it was intentional but the scammers are every where so double check cause the try to charge me for a meal I didn't even get I work 15 + hrs an I work hard for my money an I wouldn't like it to be taken an I don't get no food do better cause I'm call the better business bureau cause not cool not cool it was my favorite place

Order double classic with cheese I asked for fresh french fries drove home they didn't put cheese or sauce on my double cheese went back told them I had no cheese or sauce they kind of argued then they gave me a sandwich which was not a double and then they gave me back my double and the old fries now I have cold fries no double cheese classic just a single seriously what happened tocustomer service ... The young lady was nice The guy with the long hair with facial yeah he's kind of rude

Was told that they were waiting on mozzarella sticks, they were not fresh. I don't know why I needed to pull to the front to get my food, since there was no one behind me in the Drive-Thru. Plus multiple employees sitting out front smoking and going in and out of the back door.

Lady told me to pull around front which wasn't a big issue except for their truck was there and I was just reminding her that I might not be next to the door and she got that super nice/ attitude with me and said yeah our truck is here. I didn't really think too much of it until I got my food which was 100% incorrect gave me the wrong sauce gave me the wrong sandwich thanks a lot

Had a Ruben Normally Has Swiss Cheese and toasted. Cold was actually OK but prefer even some toasting. I didn't notice it didn't have Cheese until half done but better with cheese.
