The most recent time I visited this Arctic Circle location, I ordered a crispy chicken wrap that was mostly lettus, and I asked for extra white sauce and got no white sauce. I was not entirely happy. My sons food was fine and our milk shakes were good.

Mushroom & Swiss burger tonight was good! Shakes are Really Good! Fried cheese curds are tasty. Service hasn't been the same since they lost Wyatt A... he was the best!

The food is overpriced and mediocre at it's best, but that's not even what prompted this review. If I pull into the parking lot and there is even one other car in the drive-thru, I know I'll be there 30 minutes. Thought I would try going into the lobby since there was only 1 car in the parking lot. There was only 1 customer and he was standing at the counter. After waiting behind him for 20 minutes while employees seemed oblivious that we were there, I finally asked him if he'd even gotten to order yet. When he said "nope, it seems that it takes the entire crew to work on 1 drive-thru order", I just went somewhere else. No offense to the kids that are running the place, but the company may want to think about getting an adult with some managment and customer service experience in there to show them how to prioritize and be more efficient.

I came in on 5/17/24 @8:45ish and the kid that was running the drive thru sucks!! Not welcoming at all. Was very rude and was in a hurry for nothing. If I didn't hear it say "here's you ice cream", it would have been dropped on the pavement. And our shakes were half way filled and weren't even what we ordered. So in short y'all need to do something. People spend good money to come here to eat and if they keep getting treated like that you will for sure loose business!!!

Prices are a bit high. You can call ahead for food, but if you do for shakes it won't help. They will still prioritize drive thru. Waited 15 Mins in store (after calling 15 mins early)
