I hauled butt from Idaho Falls to make it before closing.. I safely could have assumed they weren’t going to let us in.. But kiddo wanted Chili dog and root beer float.. Got there to find doors open but they only served ice cream. 6 minutes before closing. Management baddie went above and beyond … but who ever was working this evening is the typical worker in today’s world… Simply sad. Poor customer service! Crushed little man. I come from an era where the doors are open until it’s closing time! Period! Happy customer a little late night.. But integrity and work ethic in tact!

This place is ridiculous. Never have anything . My family went in one time and the fryer was down just went again and there out of ice cream and can't do kids meal. Will not be going back

My expectations for fast food connected to gas stations is tempered but I was highly impressed with the A&W despite several of the food items being out of stock. The root beer was as delicious as it could have been and the float was great to match. Please send some restaurants out to Atlanta! I would be a weekly visitor.

My son and I went to go through the drive through. Closed because apparently they aren't able to have enough employees to do the drive through..? That is after I saw multiple employees sitting around outside along the curb. So we go inside. I than notice they have 3 or 4 different signs of what they are out of.. chicken, corn dogs, lettuce.. that's only the ones I saw. Who the hell is running this establishment? This is easily the worst ran restaurant I have ever been too. What a joke, how the owners are still able to stay in business is beyond me. Iv never seen a fastfood place more poorly ran than this one. This place won't last another year. It's a joke

They took 10 minutes to get my order out and it was made wrong. They chared $7.10 for an upgrade to a large cheese curd in a combo. I don't recommend this location or any others.

The place is absolutely infested with flies and they don’t have anything up to help combat them. It’s disgusting. And the food is mid, my fries were just above room temp, my chicken strips were chewy and rubbery. The staff isn’t very welcoming either, she didn’t smile once and her tone/body language was very unfriendly. We do not plan on coming back anytime soon.

The food and service were fine but the dining room and rest room were filthy. The windows and window sills in the dining room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, with lots of dead flies and other insects and dirt on the sills. Likewise, the floor, urinal and sink looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. I certainly won't go back there.
I was very much not satisfied with the 😌 from eating I was left hungry it's called double as expensive
