Twice now I've ordered ribs that were not rendered down properly. Not much smoke flavor and chewy. Hate to leave a bad review but them ribs tasted oven baked 👎👎👎

Visiting from Wenatchee, WA. Ordered the Combo #3. I was not impressed at all. My brisket was dry, sausage was like rubber, and everything had the same sauce on it, and it was very minimal sauce. The sides weren’t great either. Super disappointed!

It was good for a BBQ pit. I’m from Texas so I judge things a bit too harshly. I will say: the double stack burger could use more sauce because of the dryness the pulled pork has. The Mac and cheese was good, but I personally don’t like it with pepper in it. But overall, not bad.

I have always been told that blackhawk had large portions, and I was not disappointed. Holy smokes, Blackhawk BBQ is the real deal! The food’s downright delicious—juicy, smoky, and packed with flavor. The crew is super friendly, making you feel right at home while serving up some serious BBQ swagger. Can’t wait to come back!

I keep coming back, hoping last time was a fluke.

Dry brisket. Jerky for sausage. Beans not great. Potatoes not fully cooked.

Ribs weren’t bad.

Seriously the best hideaway bbq we've had in awhile! The people there are so nice! The food was so flavorful and tender! The portions are pretty generous. Don't forget to get some cobbler too!

Delicious local BBQ. Bought a bunch of
Pulled pork sandwiches for a group meal and it was excellent. I love their baked beans and macaroni and cheese. Fast service.

Cool little BBQ spot. Loved the brisket nachos. Pricing is great for BBQ as well.

Ok Blackhawk BBQ in Blackfoot ID if you're passing through, you must try them . If you go line, they have food trucks. The food is just as good. The BBQ nachos is a fantastic feast. My daughter had there out of the world brisket sandwich and there to die for Mac and cheese.

They were hired for a company event. Meals were preboxed, BBQ sauce was like water just soaked into bun as it sat in the to go box. Mac and cheese didn't have any cheese flavor tasted like plain pasta didn't eat the beans. The pulled pork was ok kind of fatty at least on mine. Good thing I wasn't paying for it. As a trained cook I give it a 2. And they weren't wearing gloves while handling food.
