We hired Blackhawk BBQ Pit to cater a ribbon cutting event for a new business in Idaho Falls. They were super easy to work with every step of the way. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Blackhawk BBQ Pit to cater corporate events.
Great BBQ spot. I got the brisket, pulled pork, ribs, corn bread, cheesy potato’s and beans. The brisket was very tender and moist, the ribs were fall off the bone tender. The pulled pork was a little dry but, had a good flavor. The beans were mostly meat haha. The corn bread was alright… kinda dry. The cheesy potatoes were delicious.
The BBQ sauce was kinda vinegary. I would definitely go there again. Plenty of indoor seating.

Went for the 4 meat combo with mac and cheese. So good and I'm stuffed! I'll be back next time I'm in Blackfoot!
