BBQ truck- steak sandwich was juicy and decent. Outlaw burger (monster style burger) was massive! Tritip was juicy and tasty. Pulled pork as well. Had to have a skewer to hold it together and be eaten with a fork! Mac&cheese was good texture and flavor. Coleslaw was good sized shred/texture but flavor lacking. Would eat there again but still wondering if we will find a true favorite BBQ in the regional area.
The food is out of this world. Went for lunch. I tried the 2 meat meal iwth mac n cheese and slaw. The brisket is outstanding. The ribs are fall off the bone. I also tried the pilled pork and the turkey. They are both very good with great flavor, not dry.
I had the cowboy burger and it was perfect best char broiled burger ive ever had at a restraunt Fry's were great very fresh and my gf had the salmon and steak and was very impressed
