They weighed my meat and I think they didn’t give me the proper amount. I’ve been to multiple establishments they have never weighed my meat. They had no forks, and when we asked for my cousins tacos to be smothered they just poured the salsa on and didn’t even warm it. They also claimed their blender was broken but that was just a lousy excuse cause it’s close to closing time. Go to the IF one it’s much better.

We came here with a big group, really slow service. We waited for so long for our whole group to just get through. Our server, They were so stingy with portions, and wouldn’t accommodate. The food was ok, but it was cold after they took so long to get it to me. Also the sauce is like whacky spicy and our server was giving ridiculously small portions. Yes I have been to many Costa vidas, yes I know what it tastes like normally and what usual portions are.
Manager and employees on duty were super awesome and friendly. They made my daughters night when she came to redeem her coupon from school.

Highly disappointed!!! Costa vida is my favorite place and now I don’t know if I will ever go back. My husband walked in and ordered us lunch and I told him to bring home the receipt so I could scan in the QR code to get the points. The server (Ethan F Folkner) didn’t hand him his receipt. My husband had to ask for it and he acted all weird about it. He gave him the receipt and when he got home there was no QR Code. I called the restaurant and they looked up the order and said there is no QR code. I told her that my husband didn’t give them his phone number or QR code because he doesn’t have the app. The bottom of the receipt says “Scan the QR code above with you Costa Vida App to earn points from this order, If the QR code is absent you points were automatically applied to your account.” When i read this to the lady, I asked if the server Ethan could have put his phone number in. She didn’t answer my question and said there is no QR code and next time to come through the drive through. Then she said “well what do you want me to do?” And I said “I just wants my points for the food I paid for.” She said there was nothing she could do. Just disappointed. Came through at 4:16pm on 9/14/2024
