I never write reviews but I’m so disappointed… went to costa vida with my wife after work and sat in the drive thru forever! And I didn’t mind that completely because I used to work fast food as a teen and often times have a rush and people would have to wait all the time. Frankly waiting was the best part about my experience. Once I got the food I went home to pound it down, and I notice I didn’t get any rice or beans with my quesadilla. Good food. I've noticed they use a scale to measure the amount of meat they give you which I really appreciate. I got plenty of chicken while other places seem like they're giving less.

Costa Vida in Blackfoot Idaho is my FAVORITE Costa Vida on the planet! We live in Utah and drive back and forth to West Yellowstone at least 6 - 8 times a year (where we own a STR in West). Coming south we pass Costa Vidas in Rexburg and Idaho Falls to eat at Blackfoot. Going north we pass 2 Costa Vidas in Utah county, all the Costa Vidas in Salt Lake county, and at least 2 more in northern Utah and Pocatello. Just to go to this specific Costa Vida in Blackfoot!
