Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We ordered some ice cream, so I got the banana split. It all tasted good, but there was such a a small amount of ice cream I might as well told them to hold it. Very disappointed with what I received.

Ordered a blizzard and an ice cream cone. People behind us ordered the same thing and they got theirs before us, and my wife had to ask for our order.

I live in Pocatello Idaho my family and I made the trip to Blackfoot to eat at one of our used to be dairy Queens location and I ordered the 6 peice shaked chicken basket with Fry's and toast but the gal messed up my order and gave the regular chicken basket and I went in and asked if they can fix it and the manger said they couldn't I was so frustrated bc cause they said the only way to fix it was to pay for a new order and the chicken shake basket is $14 very poor customer service and the manger is not very nice I will not be returning and that's unfortunate cause it's the closest location to my family and I

Been here a few times. Customer service and timeliness was an issue at first. The last two times the service was fast and friendly. Everything was clean. I'm guessing the very standoffish employee mentioned multiple times in reviews has moved on to a different job (or we lucked out and she wasn't there).

Waited 30 minutes for our food after it was given to an uber eats order. Offered free chicken strip basket to compensate wait. Recieved order, original order of strip basket was missing. Needless to say 50 minutes for our order is a little ridiculous.

Hands down the worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. Waited over 30 mins and wasted my lunch break for a simple order (chicken strips) and they weren’t even busy. Ended up tossing most of my food because I had to rush back to work. Don’t recommend. Food was subpar as well

Need fast food? Not the place to go. Waited over 25 minutes for to-go order while the place was empty. People who came in after us got their larger order before us. When we asked if we could just cancel the order, the employee went to grab the manager. Manager never came to talk to us, but instead, we could hear them yelling at the employee that they don't do refunds. No one came back until they had the food. Very unpleasant experience and won't be going back

Food was ok. After 20 minutes of waiting for a 4 piece chicken strip basket. It's definitely not fast food. Wasted my whole lunch break waiting in the drive thru.

The food was yummy, and we rarely eat fast food. What really made the difference was the friendliness of the gentleman working the counter. He was happy and so outgoing, even asking at the end of our visit how he could improve. It was truly a pleasant visit.

The blizzard was good but the 5 stars is mostly for Roni K who helped us in the drive through. He is always friendly and does a wonderful job. Appreciate the professionalism he provides.
