Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I came to get an Ice Cream Cake for my husband's birthday and I asked if they would write Happy Birthday Tyler on it, since I know DQ used to ask if we wanted writing on it whenever we'd buy a cake. The workers hesitated and said they could try. They messed up, and scraped off some frosting the process and it looked like a little kid wrote it. Not professional at all 😬

I kid you not there is always something wrong when I go there. Today they could only take cash, one time the ice cream machine was down, another time the whole system was down. I think there was another instance, they must have really bad luck.

Girl that took the order was extremely rude we were treated like a inconvenience no ice in drinks and items were missing, waited for food for a long time

We were treated like paying customers are a GIANT inconvenience we spent $60. Our blizzards were good however the female employee slammed our food and blizzards on the table. I asked for extra fire sauce and was charged $1.05. Pics speak louder than my words, so if you want attitude and rude service this is your place. Most likely WON’T be ever coming back.

Food was good, but Becca the GM, wanted to charge me 2.79 for a cup to get ice water!!! She argued with me until I specifically told her the cup wasnt for soda, just water.

We drove 35 miles out of the way for this EQ. The gentleman was courteous and professional for our online order. However, when going back in a little bit later to order more, the four girls working in the back, didn’t acknowledge me. Or chitchatting. Had to go through drive-thru for service and Raegyn, red hair teenager, was rude and second girl who gave us our order was more rude than

I was disappointed si ce when iwas a kid DQ is the place we went to hang out. My fries tasted like they'd been cooked hours ago and the cheeseburger I gave to my dog. It was cold & just not very good. Reminded me of a burger my 10yr old daughter made for me but I didn't pay $10; like I said disappointed.

My burger came out cold. Not luke warm like it had been sitting out, cold, like refrigerator cold, with cold plastic cheese on top and refrigerator cold bacon. I have had cold cut sandwiches warmer than my burger. We got one small meal and 2 dilly bars, for $18.00. Wouldn't recommend. Through half out the window for the birds.

Went in today and we did an online order. We got home and we were missing two sandwiches and our burgers were made wrong. There was a young lady there who was very rude. She was short, wearing white Nike Cortez’s, black cargo jeans, black hair and had a nose ring. She was rude to her trainee and rude to her cooks.
We went back in and told her our order was messed up, she said said, ‘oh yeah, I forgot to add your chicken sandwiches.’ We tell her our order was wrong and she was very irritated. Told us that she would just have to throw the burgers them away and made it seem like it was our fault.
She angrily told the cooks to remake it. We also had to order another side of fries and we asked for some fry sauce. She said, ‘all fries come with fry sauce’ and we let her know that our to go order had no fry sauce in it. She proceeded to say online orders come with no fry sauce. Confusing.
The rest of the staff was so pleasant and helpful but this lady was not. Do not recommend this spot if she is working.
