Last night, a lady & I went to Dominoes around 7:00. They were busy! As we sat & waited for our order we were watching the employees. Everyone of them were focused & working well with each other. The back of the work line was a man (who we later found out was the manager) completing the orders. He was cheering on the crew, appraising them for quick times & a job well done. I usually don’t have an issue, but after tonight, I feel like the team who was on tonight could maybe use some more customer service training when it comes to online and over the phone orders. The first guy sounded like he didn’t wanna be there. And then the second guy who said he was the manager was rude and kept giving me radio silence. I was very disappointed in my experience tonight.
