Hong Kong Garden is a good buffet. The food is very well prepared, the salad bar is always kept fresh and everything is clean.
I think that the only gripe I have is that the cheese cake is literally portioned to one small bite. I find that so strange. I wish I was exaggerating on that, but I am not. It did not use to be that way, so it seems like they are being cheap.
The mashed potatoes are instant potatoes, which should be illegal in Blackfoot, the potato capital of the world.
Outside of that, extra care is given to all of the rest of dishes. They are very good. My favorite is the black bean chicken. I wish they would put that and the teriyaki chicken on a stick on Door Dash. I would definitely order both when I am not at the restaurant to eat.

The food is not bad I enjoy the sweet and sour chicken the egg rolls are good the noodles depend on the day but I always enjoy the moo goo gai pan it's my favorite.

I ordered through DoorDash, as I have many many times, but their chicken egg flower soup has so much salt in it it’s like they dumped the whole bag of salt into it, making me violently sick. I won’t be ordering from there for a very very long time.

The new owners should have changed they name when they bought it. The food is extremely inconsistent and very strange tasting at times. We used to leave here happy and full now we leave regretting that we paid good money for very poor food. Should learned our lesson the first couple times.

Rude staff and all the food was gross took 5 bites of a couple things and it made me sick don’t recommend went so far down hill only gave me a 10% discount for the little food I ate and half a soda so still charged me $28 to throw up in his parking lot smh

They are getting better, the food is more fresh than it used to be. They need a really good kung pow chicken though. Takes too long to get my drink refilled, I order a tea and water and still run out of my drinks.

I ordered a side of crab & cream cheese wontons to go. I was really disappointed in them, they should be called vegetable wontons. I’m not sure that there was even any crab in there and the cream cheese was barely noticeable. Panda Express has better cream cheese wontons.
