The young staff was GREAT and incredibly friendly.....but have no clue what matcha is .......I pulled up and saw a picture of a beautiful blended green matcha on a sign.....and then was asked which sauces I would like in it.....Never once in years of drinking matcha have I ever had it offered with chocolate......what I got was NOT matcha but a chocolate milkshake.....please learn what matcha is and please train your staff how to prepare it.........alli wanted was what was in the picture on the sign.....without the whip cream.......thanks girls ....something to giggle about

My partner and dogs LOVE this place! We moved from out of state and were shocked to see coffee houses and soda shops mixed in one, and were very disappointed with the quality of coffee at the other shops nearby. Java Espress is the only shop who actually makes good coffee in Blackfoot. Sure they can get busy with the morning rush (who doesn't?) but we discovered that if you pay with rewards then they'll bring your order out to you while you're still in line, so save your rewards for the busy days when you're in a rush! They always make the puppucinos very tall and the baristas are very friendly. My only complaint is that they're constantly out of oat milk

I saw this guy in the back, with brown hair, just standing there yelling at this poor girl with long black hair, making her run around everywhere. From the body language i could see from my car, the poor girl looked so stressed. Is this how they treat their poor employees?? When we have interacted with him before, it was terrible service, he just seemed like he wanted me gone and thats not how i want to feel when grabbing my coffee! And the girl with the black hair was so sweet, she did not deserve this mistreatment!

This location is awesome. The employees here are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here, and I have been coming her for almost 5 years. Their product is delicious, and you can't get anything fresher because they make it to order. I appreciate this store and employees. Thanks for the great service consistently
