I've worked for Java in the past, and I still believe they have the best tasting coffee ingredients in the area. However, their customer service needs serious work. I've been ignored by shack employees and higher ups alike when trying to bring up the issue of their lacking hospitality.

Over the span of 1 month I've gone to Java 3 times and I always get a brevet. every time it's just been made with regular milk.....but I pay extra for wanting half and half and I still tip but I'm not too sure the girls here are trained properly maybe??? Save your time and money and just go to wake up call or pick me

I usually just do the drive thru. I love it so much! My fav is the matcha Frappuccino or a redbull refresher. And they always got lots of flavors to chose from! Delish! You can also ask for sugar free items! Don't forget your pup cup too for your furry friend! ???
