I've ordered Jimmy Johns in the past and they have been really good about delivering it right away and followed their slogan "freaky fast". Well, the past 2 times I have ordered from them here at the Blackfoot store, it has taken them close to an hour to deliver my food to me.... So much for "freaky fast"

Big fan of this place, however this store did have a mix up with my sandwich and someone else's sandwich and it was a bit of a mess. Also however, it was resolved quickly thanks to the store manager. Just wish corporate would bring back the kickin' ranch.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, over 20 minutes later with a toddler, we still haven’t received the food. Went up to the counter to find out when we might receive our food and the girl said it would be another 15-20 minutes. We cancelled the order and tried to get our money back. Very disappointed!!!

I always enjoy their food. But ordered today and few minutes later got a call because they don't have a delivery driver. (Not able to leave my job until they are closed) while I understand people not showing up for work in confused why the manager didn't take over the role.

Idk what it is about Idaho employees that seem to think it’s okay not to follow food directions. I ordered a sandwich no cheese. I shouldn’t have to state ALLERGY when I asked for no cheese. Or ask for it cut in half or extra napkins. The inconsistency drives me insane too. I pulled the cheese off and gave it to my dog but I almost didn’t notice it. But I’m eating it now and I cut off just a small 2 inch piece and I pulled out 8 peppers. 8! Off a 2 inch piece! Last time I ordered the sandwich I asked for EZ peppers and he was like well what do you want me to do since we only put 3 on a sandwich (he said this about the regular size not the big one, but I’ve already eaten a fair few of them and pulled out more from when I first received my sandwich and I still have just about half left to go)? Clearly that’s not the case. Like most of the time the little things like this don’t bother me, but god forbid poisoning me really f&$king takes the cake.

Not freaky fast. Ordered sandwiches waited an hour then called restaurant. Said driver just got back and we’re just now leaving “soon” If they would have called me to tell me that there was a delay I would have been fine. We will see how much longer we wait. Super unimpressed.

Very frustrated with my order. I order 3 sandwiches. 2 regulars and a small one as well as chips. At 5:26 I got notified it was out for delivery by 6 it still hadn't arrived I called the store. The server was rude and told me there were 3 other orders and it would be here "soon" I wait another 20 minutes. It's now been an hour and a half since I ordered. And hour since it's been out for delivery. I call the store again. The app still says it's out for delivery. The same man answers and says the driver came back and got other sandwiches so "had to be delivered". It was not. He argued with me and told me to look. I had a clear view of my door but looked anyways. There was no sandwiches. After speaking with a manager who also insisted they had to be here. .. again they are not I watched out my window since they had been out for delivery. She offered me a refund when i got off the phone my tracker still said they were out for delivery. So here I am an hour and a half later having to figure out a whole new dinner for my family. Thanks Jimmy John's.

I ordered jimmy johns from blackfoot over the app for a future event. the event: my wedding luncheon for 100 people. Everything was going smoothly and I even called the location the wednesday before to double check that they had recieved my order and that everything would be ready for the luncheon. I sent my family to go pick up the order of 120+ sandwiches and when they got to there the worker at the front said they didn’t even start making any of the sandwiches because they had 2 other large orders, and had somehow already ran out of bread. They said it would be a 2-3 hour wait as they had to go and get bread from surrounding locations. I was actually flabbergasted by the utter lack of planning ahead on their part. You would think that if they give the title of manager that you would have the basic skills to plan ahead and order more bread/ ingredients. 10/10 love jimmy johns just wont be going to this location anymore

There was two female ladies working tonight. A mix up of orders, and long story short--one lady offered me a refund.Great customer service!!! I paid for the sandwich, because this is the right thing to do! But the employees thinking about my time, I'm super impressed!!!If I wasn't traveling for business, I'd been a regular customer!!!Thank you!
