Not sure why they advertise "hot and ready" specials? I have yet to ever walk in and walk out with a special, it's always "that's a 20 minute wait" then I end up getting a classic. Pretty disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer to our local Little Caesars and have eaten there probably 3 times a week for lunch every week. Today I went to get my lunch combo and when I arrived at home to eat it half of the pizza was RAW DOUGH. I feel betrayed… Half of my entire pizza was INEDIBLE! This pizza is my comfort food every time I get it and seeing it like this has just made me depressed and broken my heart. I expect better from this restaurant.

They need to have more sauce and cheese on the outside edge. There is like 2-3 inches of crest... no one likes that much crust! Other then that good.

I called in my order so I wouldn’t have to wait. My order was simple. Pretzel pizza with no salt. They added the salt and I still ended up waiting. Also, maybe the staff there could act more professional at this establishment. This is not the first time I have had to hear yelling and screaming, doors slamming shut because staff are locking management out or doing other immature things. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have been buying little Caesars for as long as I can remember literally at least once a week, I personally don't like the pizza my children an family does I'm getting so tired of buying burnt pizzas I've talked several times about this with the same employee who has never done anything about it I don't usually make it a big deal I understand mistakes are made but I'm really getting sick an tired of these burnt pizzas I spend A LOT of money here an never have I been given even a discount let alone other pizza of course by the time I get home I'm exhausted an they never give a receipt it's just getting old
