Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I love the convenience of the online order process, and I can pick it up in the drive-through without leaving my car!

I like Papa Murphy, but I have been disappointed in their finished product. The dough is not all the to the edge of the paper pizza plate. Pizza sauce where the crust is to be. Everything looks to have been thrown on. Order extra pineapple on our pizza and it didn't even look like it had it.. UPDATE 11/22/25 : went and grabbed a chicken garlic pizza. First off, we did not and have never ordered a thin crust pizza. VERY LITTLE sauce as well. And we have not used my point in a very hot minute yet I only have 10 points. REALLY. NO MORE.

If I was franchise owner I would reevaluate employees as I witnessed lights being turned off in order to deceive customers into believing store was closed, and phones not being answered in order for workers to just be lazy... If management would like to discuss this I would be more then happy to further explain in detail.

We have ordered from here on several occasions and it seemz like the staff doesnt know what half a pizza is because anytime we order a topping on only half the pizza it is always way more than half or less than half. This time we ordered a Hawaiian with no pineapple on one half and extra pineapple on the other half. Well we got pineapple on like ⅓ of the pizza and there was no extra pineapple. I wasnt even offered a chance to check the order first to make sure it was correct. Seems like customer service standards are being lowered at several establishments and it shows.

It's just pizza like another place but you cook it yourself on a takeout.

Worst experience here I've had by far. Used to be a go to. However after spending $60+, I waited 10 minutes without being even greeted in the drive thru. I tried to call and my call was sent back to the pre-recorded message asking you to order online. All this while employees keep walking by. So I proceeded to start tapping the window. Finally going to get my order! Nope, tried to hand out the wrong pizzas after another 10 minutes gathering sides. 5 minutes later I get my pizzas. Cool. Only to get home and have the wrong cheese on one of them. Likely won't be back. Happy New Year 2025. Gotta mess up one more time 2024.

Ordered a pizza online 30 minutes before going in, waited an hour for the pizza and there was only 2 other people waiting for orders. They then stated that they gave someone else my pizza and gave me someone else’s. Mine was a custom order. Left and didn’t get an apology for the hour and a half wait or for giving us the wrong pizza and making us aware that it’s the wrong one. Love this place and are regulars but whoever was working tonight needs to be better.

Went to pick it up and an employee was dumping off a entry rug and sweeping the floor! During the evening rush. I asked if you are really sweeping the floor while preparing food? She said " uh, yes". I went to prep counter to speak with the manager. Asked her the same question and she said " Yes. Yes we are". Dirt, dust, crumbs, hair flying all over the food prep stations. Wow. Never again at the Blackfoot location. Disgusting. Manager knew as she was rude, and obviously she was busted. Health dept?? I guess.

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza and I use the coupons all the time. The one thing I do not like, however, is when you have the BOGO offer, you are not able to get the gluten free crust. My son has celiac disease and is severely allergic to gluten so we always get a gluten free for him, but we aren’t able to with the BOGO? It’s the same price. Finding gluten free options is hard enough and then not being able to include that made us go elsewhere. Maybe fix this for the next time you run that promo. It would make those who cannot eat gluten very happy so that everyone can enjoy the pizza.

I didn't catch the name of the guy that was working the drive through but he was awesome. He even checked my pizzas before giving them to me to make sure they were right. My family has used the Blackfoot location for as long as we can remember and this was the best service I've ever had.
