"Yoshi" and "sparkles" are awesome employees and make the sandwiches perfectly!! They were understaffed and these kids did an amazing job of doing walk in customers and online orders and pick up too. Great job 👏 👍

When we walked in we waited at the front for 5 minutes before anyone asked if we were ready to order. The manager was unhelpful when it came to actually ordering as he was rushing us through the process. Barley put any condiments. All i taste on my sandwich is lettuce and bread. Asked for toasted bread and it came out still soft.

Two people behind the counter, no greeting, no smiles, no dressing put on the sandwiches taken for the road. We love Subway, but this was without question the driest and most unpleasant sandwich we have ever eaten. Ugh! We will never return to that store off the freeway in Pocatello. ID.

Ordered a FOOTLONG Spicy Italian sandwich. After asking cheese I said American. Toasted? Yes please. 15 seconds later I get Pepper jack and toasted? No American and toasted. After toasting, my sandwich sits there for 3 minutes, all while the worker makes the guy behind me his sandwich. And to boot it's a six inch sandwich not a FOOTLONG. I swear these kids are stoned. How do you forget something in less then 15 seconds after I answer your question and you repeat my answer correctly. I sure wish Blackfoot had another sandwich place because this is the last time I go to this Subway.
