Food had no meat what so ever, food was cold and chicken looked like its been stiitting all day. Also, was told too bring the food back for them to check. Poor service.

This location has somehow blocked the option to order happy hour drinks on the app. It charges the normal price. No other location I've been to does this

Asked for pico on my crunchy taco...ended up with 1 small chunk of tomato and about 8 small chunks of onion...and was still charged extra for it. Asked for MILD sauce for personal reasons and was sent fire and diablo...if you don't have MILD sauce then DON'T SEND ANY SAUCE AT ALL!! Quesadilla was NOT cut at all and I'm pretty sure that I did NOT get the extra chicken I asked and paid extra for...just a let down all the way around tonight...

Its a hit and miss at certain things sometimes but overall its okay I wish they could offer more specials and coupons, it can be expensive
Cassie did a wonderful job at being attentive to all the customers in the front. I watched her go out of her way to make sure everything was going well with people's orders. She was very kind and even made sure I got my sauces when they almost got forgotten. I was impressed how attentive and friendly she was. The woman's bathroom was very clean and the team looked like they were working well together.

Visited this Taco Bell during a road trip over the weekend. If placing a mobile order, I would highly recommend placing it as drive-thru pickup if you are in a hurry.
The staff were very friendly, but the wait for mobile app in-store pickup was over 45 minutes, I think due to the order priority system. This was for two burritos and two tacos. While we were waiting, was also saw a couple other customers walk out while waiting for their own orders due to the long wait.
On the day we visited, it seemed like the order priority was drive-thru first, then orders placed in store via the terminals, then in-store pickup mobile orders. Not sure if something was broken, or if this was a store policy, or an overall Taco Bell company policy.
As a customer, it was a frustrating experience to be waiting for your order, and then watch new customers come in, place their orders, and then get served their orders much before you.

Food was tasty and fast. Restaurant was clean and organized, employees cleaning as they worked. Sauces were very well stocked and clean at the beverage station. Still getting used to ordering at the robot terminal instead of talking to a human

They do NOT clean that dining room..
Workers go from sweeping the floor handling a dust pan with no gloves to making someone’s drink putting their hand on top of the lid..
To then drop something and pick it up off the ground while putting his weight on his hand he put on the prep line.
Every time we’ve gone in the dining room it looks like some party happened… like they don’t have time to clean.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to food was gross and way over cooked I could bearly bite in to the chicken on the ranch avocado burrito . inside of the store was dirty as well .
