Went in this morning got an iced coffee and a food item. The person who came out and took my order was amazing but the person at the actual window wasn’t. Her whole attitude shifted when I didn’t tip her. Like umm I just paid $17 for two items. The food was okay and coffee is gross. I’ll just stick to Java where it’s $8 for the exact same thing!!

Let me tell you, honestly, I do not know how this place is in business. Went there and bought a Boba, worst one I’ve ever had and the first few times I went in there around 12 o’clock, 1 o’clock. They say they’re out of the tapioca. So finally, I came in again and they had it and I was all excited, so I ordered two one for myself and one for my wife. Holy crap it is the worst Boba I’ve ever had in my life, the tapioca were absolutely awful, the tapioca from Walmart. Taste better than this stuff. But then I found one, Zo in Idaho Falls and that is the best place for a Boba.

I’ve been going to wake up call for some time now. I love it, great atmosphere, great people, great staff, and AMAZING drinks. I highly recommend it is a very chill and relaxed place to go and have a great, refreshing drink. Very wide variety of drinks for everybody!! Always have new things to try. Go check it out!!

Wake up call is my go to coffee shop! Best coffee in Blackfoot!! Their staff is amazing and the atmosphere is great. When you walk in you’re greeted with amazing customer service and a chill environment to sit down, have a drink, meet with friends or study. And their new cinnamon rolls are to die for!!! Over all it’s a 10/10.
The Cinnamon rolls are perfect. The baristas are super nice and make amazing recommendations! I always feel so welcome, I would recommend Wake-Up Call to everyone!

Sat and waited for over 30 minutes and watched as 6 other people's drinks were made right infringement of me then when I said something they hadn't even started on my drink and forgot I ordered. Employees shouldn't pick favorites and serve them first it's disrespectful
I've been here twice now over the last year. Both experiences were great. My coffee was better here, both times, than I've ever had at a big chain competitor. They have a pretty typical selection (plus boba tea options), and the service has always been great. I look forward to coming back.
