I walked into this McDonald’s and ordered a McRib sandwich. JUST the sandwich: not the meal. The total was $6.14! Are you kidding me? Are you serious? Has McDonald’s gone so inept that they think they can charge more than $6 for a sandwich made of processed garbage that has ZERO actual meat in it? I was so put aside! I don’t normally order fast food as I try to eat healthy. I do like to treat myself at times though. But this is ridiculous! I absolutely refuse to pay more than $6 for something that cost them less than a $1 to make. The problem is, is that McDonald’s is so large that a crappy review will never push them to make changes. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MCcDONALD’s again. They care more about money than their customers.

Stopped here and for a cheeseburger and spicy mcchicken sandwich. Cheeseburger was fine. The chicken sandwich was terrible and tasted very bad. Ate part of it and threw the rest away. Become violently ill 24hours later with food poisoning and had to go to the ER. Hopefully isolated incident, always could be coincidental, but can’t think of any other way I could have become so ill.

Very disappointed very very disappointed very very very disappointed not only was I lied to about an onion shortage here in the state of Idaho when I'm a truck driver and I ship onions. Then on top of that because I had no onions because of the fake shortage I also got a extremely hard not very good steak egg and cheese bagel that's supposed to contain slivered grilled onions which it does not. I can't stand it when corporations blatantly lie to the public and they believe it Hook line and sinker like a blind fish farmer that the federal government has made you with the driver's license wake up people

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and received a regular cheeseburger. I also received no Mcdouble. I instead got a Mcchicken.
I called and the phone number is not working. Was able to context them and they were very accommodating and fixed the problem. I did appreciate the service.

Everyone was nice. It was a little busy but the food came out pretty quick I'm pretty patient especially if they're cooking everything fresh I don't get upset I love it when everything is fresh especially the fries. Everything's worth the wait.

Ordered a large fry on the app. After a lengthy wait I asked for my fries and the blonde girl rolled her eyes and went to get it knowing I was waiting for it. Then she decided she is too good to give me what I wanted and had the manager come up to me and try to say no order was on the screen so i showed my receipt. They had my fries standing in a circle opened the bag then tried to give it to me. I asked for another fries cause idk what they might have put in it. So the manager gave me a refund and kicked me out.

I went there this morning around 10:00. We were on a trip so I thought I would grab a quick bite and get back on the road so I only ordered an Egg McMuffin. My wife was waiting on the car. When I put in my order I was the only one waiting. The workers in the back were chatting a lot, and in the meantime six people came, ordered, and received their food while I still waited for my lone Egg McMuffin. I asked the gal working there with the covid mask on when my order was coming. She said they were just starting it. Really? I couldn't wait any longer so I gave my receipt to a lady in line so she could have my food and I left as I had already waited far too long. Poor lady, she's probably still waiting for that Egg McMuffin. When I got to the car empty-handed my wife wondered what took so long and said she had been waiting for me in the car for 22 minutes. It seems to me there was no one there who was managing the place. I gave the food one star, but who knows as I never actually got to taste it.

The drive thru is ungodly to try to shove a car through, and I don’t have a large vehicle either. I want to know who designed it and where they got their degree. I ordered and paid for a large meal but received a small. When I told the worker this, they tried to convince me the small they just handed me was in fact a large, as if I had never been to a Mcdonald’s before. I was just driving through and wanted to get something to eat, but I should have just driven the extra 30 minutes to a mcdonald’s in Twin Falls.
