Horrible,they had no tray's available to bring things to your table and then it took 15 minutes to get a regular burger. ? What is going on?

The young woman at the front counter at 7:15am on Wednesday July, 23rd deserves a raise! Her customer service and friendliness was exceptional, especially considering whoever was in the kitchen misread (and incorrectly made) items on the orders that were ahead of mine. So there were about 12 people standing/sitting waiting for food. And the server / cashier was running back and fourth, and trying to make everyone's experience less irritating. Her politeness succeeded in doing that.

FRIES-something is off with them, one batch was hot while other was warm but both seemed old and stale. Same with nuggets. Restaurant was clean and tidy and workers were nice.

They said “we cant make the number 7, (2 cheesburgers) a meal.” So i ordered 2 cheese burgers no pickles, and a drink, i didn't get a drink and my meal had pickles…. burger was soggy and tasted like crap

We’re the only people in the drive-through and the last thing that you want is to sit and wait at McDonald’s for 30 minutes on a 5 Hour car drive for three sausage McMuffins. the wait was aweful & insanly slow. our 3 kids were not happy with us.

Would give a ZERO Star , on way back from jackpot Sunday to mtn home , stopped in , had to order from machine, we were paying cash so after my husband stood in line 15-20 minutes , only one waiting at counter, workers off to the side chatting away kept looking at him about 1O of them,, many of them but couldn’t come help ? Finally a male came said oh I’m so sorry , I watched whole thing, I almost went up grab the receipt to write GONE on it and throw on counter and go to subway!!!! Wish we did, 20 minutes later we get our food, didn’t get smoothie until then nor get a cup for husbands drink till then SO over half hr waiting to dine in we get our food in a BAG!!!! 4 cheese burgers / medium fry , 2 cheese burgers were to be plain , nope I got it with EVERYTHING on them, do I really want to wait another half hr for them to most likely make it wrong again ? As they called out numbers 4 people that was behind us got there food first ?? Our bag was sitting up there then they realized oh I’m gonna go service them this COLD ASS food !!!! Fries not cooked all the way and COLD!!!! Hamburgers STALE HARD , buns were squished!!! Flattest burgers ever!!!! Worse MCDONDALDS we ever been to !!!! AVOID and go to SUBWAY!!!!!! 28 bucks for cold food, and stale !!!! And fries not cooked ???? Asked for whip cream on smoothie lady said yeah I guess!!!! Brought it back to me lid wasn’t all the way on!!! NO napkins in bag nor ketchup !!!! Worse service ever!!! Will not go back ever again, please just go to SUBWAY!!!!

All these damn kiosk things, and no one pays any attention to counter. Maybe customers need something, maybe someone needs help with kiosk. Nope instead let's ask just stand here and wait, like there nothing better to do.

This guy names Sean was super nice after I went in 3 times and he didn't mind helping me out and got my order correct the 3rd time but I still enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone was nice, 5/5

Make you pay for dip then forgets to put it in your bag. So frustrating.
I ordered online because I was on the road and needed something quick. But they didn’t start cooking the food untill I got there. I have never had this problem with any other McDonald’s and I don’t know why they never make my food when I order online.

Left that Double quarterpunder burger on their counter and walked out. Tried to pick that greasy thing up and it just dropped apart. We deserve better. We're cordial to your employees. Pay timely. Don't make a mess. Didn't even demand a refund. Just walked out.
