We visited Heart Rock Wines a few times during our holiday as we stayed just outside of Bonners Ferry. Lillian has created a really charming and intimate space; combined with her knowledge about and passion for the wines from this region it was one of our favourite finds of our holiday. She's a fantastic hostess; we couldn't fault the ambiance, the delicious wines (other drinks available!) and the antipasti plates she could rustle up in the little kitchen there. Heart Rock Wines offers a really different experience to more typical bars and restaurants, and deserves to keep its place as one of the best wine bars to visit in the state.

Heart Rock Wines is an absolute gem. No place in town can compare with the wine selection and ambiance. On Fridays and Saturdays the food is superb, and Liliian can direct you to the perfect wine paring. I highly recommend it for date night, girls night, or book it for a special event.

This wine bar is comfortable and a great place to hang out in Bonners Ferry. Check out the nights they serve food too - very good. We always come here when visiting BF, which we do frequently.

Heart Rock is a unique gem for the little town of Bonners Ferry. The hospitality is impeccable-the first time I went in, it was as if I was in “Cheers”, like everybody knew my name :-) One of the best aspects about Heart Rock is Lillian’s awesome ability to help me pick a bottle of wine for a gift or meal. Her knowledge is spot on and the best part is, she makes you feel so comfortable- nothing pretentious at all about the place. Super cozy and cute -Highly recommend. Cheers!! “Maggie” ;-)

Heart Rock Wines is a great place - cozy atmosphere where you can talk with friends in a comfortable environment. Proprietor Lilian knows her wines and specializes in wines from the Pacific Northwest. My wife and I go there with some frequency, always enjoy ourselves and have been introduced to some great wines.I can't say enough about Heart Rock, it's a gem in our little town and a wonderful addition to our community.

This cozy wine bar in Bonners Ferry is a gem! One of a kind. Wonderful ambiance--like a European get away. Lillian's food choices are delicious. Check her hours so you don't miss out. I've had family and friends from out of town come to visit and they found her place to be a lovely little oasis. Great wines and delicious reds!

I met Lillian 7 years ago in her Heart Rock Wines establishment and remember feeling that she brings a breath of fresh air to Bonners Ferry. Since then we’ve spent many hours trading stories. She’s delightful and she really knows wine. When out of town guests are visiting, we make a point of taking them to this great wine cellar. We can count on quality wine and a comfortable atmosphere.
