Ever since it changed hands a few years back the pizza has definitely improved. The price is a lot more than your big chain pizza places but worth it to known what your eating and supporting local business. What they need to improve is their online ordering and delivery service. The two times I have had them deliver they have been an hour late each time.

The order was on time but was not the pizza I ordered, didn't realize it till too late. You sure know how to screw up a pizza! Probably not go there again

Some guy named Sy answered the phone and was super rude. i've been going to pizza factory for years because they have had so many nice employees and great food, but this guy was a straight up rude a hole. I won't be going there. Time to get my pizza elsewhere. New owner Marc should do better when it comes to placing his employees in costumer service positions.

Reported to corporate and heard nothing. Overheard one of the older guys saying some mean shit about a customer behind their back. I travel through a lot and eat at a lot of Pizza Factories specifically because of the community work they do and wont be any more. "No bully zone" doesn't mean anything, apparently. Really disappointed seeing as how other employees are so nice and thoughtful. Might change my mind if I hear something from their HQ

I've been a long time customer here, but the other day I got incredibly bothered by the fact that I went in with my family and found 4 very capable male employees standing around talking while the 2 women were running around doing actual work. What's up with that? If that is the new regular, we won't be coming back. My money will not fund blatant sexism

Love the garlic cheese bread! Pizza here never disappoints. Mister was especially helpful when the arcade ate the kids quarters. Ranch was amazing! Best Pizza Factory we've ever eaten at.
