Following Google Maps Directions didn't find the place in the dark. Are they on strike?

The female barrista was not a happy camper. We were there only ones standing in line and she wouldn't acknowledge us. After waiting and getting no acknowledgement that we were there, we left.

For the most part everyone here is pretty decent. There is always room for improvement. However I have had no bad service here at all and request that my drinks are made right every time especially for the price. And so far they have delivered! Reading some of these reviews they are really petty let me put it to you like this try it out I am sure you will be satisfied!!! And also if you ur not they are more then happy to help fix the problem. I guarantee that most of the people didn’t ask for a remake so why complain I mean sorry but that’s crazy!! Try them out they have new staff!!

The batista rang me up, then she proceeded to ring up 4 other people right after me. I had to wait quite a while for my drink. Bottom line they should have at least 2 people working in the morning, during the rush. That way they can deliver better service. The lady that was working, did not know how to load up a Starbucks card, so further training would be good as well. Still remain loyal to Starbucks though.

Good quick service. Fine drink. It's in a Safeway so...but they have tables chairs and Internet.
Parking: Large usually only about 1/3 full.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are no problem here. Everyone is cool with it. Lots of people being their children

I personally consider Starbucks in Sandpoint. Idaho to be the best run that I have ever been to.
The staff is beyond friendly, considerate, and polite.
If they make a mistake on your drink, which is a rare occurrence, they replace it with a smile and a positive attitude.
Great tasting white chocolate mocha. Everything in town was closed on July fourth for drive through coffee it seemed. Also they had a lot of Starbucks tumblers on clearance here!
