This subway looks and feels as if it is shutting down. We went in and got 2 subs just a few min ago. We took it home. Well lets just say ....dirty onife, frozen veggies, lots of cross contamination isaues!!!!!!!! 😡

Chicken was half frozen. Absolutely nothing to choose to drink. So if you're thirsty and want a real sub sandwich.... I suggest driving the 30 min to sandpoint. This is gross 🤮🤢 and unsanitary....... She didnt clean the knives in between orders. Only half the sandwiches that there used to be on the menu.

Bonners ferry subway is the cleanest in bonner county. Subways in sandpoint need remodeled and cleaned up

Ordered a cold cut combo as I’ve done many times at other subways. Unpackaged it and all it has is bologna. When I questioned the sandwich maker and showed her which meats are supposed to be on it, she was clueless as to the fact it is supposed to have 3 different meats. I don’t mind a bit of bologna but 8-10 pieces is a bit much. Makes me wonder what else they don’t prepare according to Subway specifics.

ordered online, they never called to let me know they where out of pepperoni or shredded cheese, they then asked me when getting there if i wanted to replace pepperoni with salami like no i want pepperoni. the sandwich already has salami thanks tho. then they asked to run to super one for shredded cheese. seems like it’s ran by teenagers. they also said my order would be done at 11:10 didn’t get it until 11:34.
Did it online order? And when I got there? It wasn't ready yet. Add to weight another 1520 minutes. And they won't even really that busy. More goofy off when they're friends came in. Then stop doing my order to make someone else. Order that walked in. So little bit of favoritism and on top of that. They didn't even do my sandwich right? I ordered the boss they gave me everything but the pepperoni

I came in on a Sunday around 4 the service was terrible and the kids behind the counter were goofing off and not doing their work if I see them again working I’m going to write a complaint

It was 4:45 the open sign is on, and it says open til 8pm. However the 2 employees inside have everything closed down, and the woman working there is shaking her head no as we park to go inside. If your going to work for a restaurant adhere to the hours you're scheduled to work, and lose the bratty attitude.
