The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding. I had the prime rib, it had a nice crust on it with amazing flavor. My boyfriend had the huckleberry steak bites also amazing. ?

What do you do when it’s your birthday and you have plans to eat out but your baby starts puking? Take out.What do you do when someone orders ice cream with dessert with that take out?Well apparently if you work at Two Tones, you scoop it way before the customer arrives and let it melt into a pathetic puddle. Then say nothing.I’m really disappointed here. I expected either the cook or the waitress to have enough sense to not scoop the ice cream until we were ready to pick up our order. And if they’re not willing to do that, that should have been explained when they took our order and we could have left out the puddle of melted ice cream in our order.Another disappointment was spending $21 for 5 pieces of shrimp and 4 oz of pasta.It all tasted good though, minus the ice cream puddle.

Lovely little place and I am so glad we ate here. We arrived a bit later (7:15pm) and they closed at 8pm. They were happy to seat us (and the couple that came a few minutes after us) Service was very good even with a large party there for a birthday. My husband and I ordered very different dishes and both were amazing. I got the colossal meat ball and it was incredible. Tons of pasta that I had a whole other meal. My husband got Jalapeno burger and it was delicious. The fries were cooked to perfection. We weren't going to have dessert, but again so glad we did. The lemon cake was so good! So tart and delicious, as well as the chocolate mousse cake. Such a great local place to eat at!

Stopped in for our anniversary. Highly recommend you drop in for some great food and awesome atmosphere. There is plenty of parking. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. There are two dining options inside and outback by the pond. The fried zucchini was really good, the filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The huckleberry tri-tip hit the spot, not too sweet but just enough savor. The huckleberry cheesecake was a perfect compliment. We look forward to our next trip to the area.

It was by far. If not the best dinning experience ever. From the Pan Asian Nachos for our appetizer. To the perfectly done med-rare rib eye steak. And to top it off. The triple berry cobbler for desert was spot on! With a friendly, professional staff. We left there looking forward to our next “fine”dinning experience down the road!

Two Tones is SO good! Highly recommend this small-town gem, right off Hwy 95 / Main Street in Bonners Ferry. One of our favorite restaurants in all of the North Idaho Panhandle! The menu is awesome and varied with so many delicious and flavorful options. Be sure to try different appetizers and dishes every time you come because each dish has its own unique flavor and appeal. Try something new and I’ll bet you’ll be glad you did!There is ample parking around the building and neighboring businesses are great to allow for overflow parking in their lots in the evenings as well. Even with the road expansion project going on, visiting Two Tones is easy and well worth it! Don’t let any road work stop you from coming. They are open so get out and show your support for one of Bonners Ferry’s best family-owned and operated small businesses!They have indoor and outdoor dining and both are very comfortable and inviting. I am happy dining inside or outside there. The indoor dining area is a fun experience to see all the different photos, cards and varied decor throughout the restaurant. It’s a log cabin style structure and it feels very welcoming and cozy inside. Intimate is a good word for the interior dining area and it’s great for bringing your special someone to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s Day or other special occasion.The outdoor dining area offers natural shade under a large tree, a really cool water feature / pond with wood fencing around the entire garden dining area. There are quite a few tables to choose from and Two Tones can accommodate larger parties as well. There is a little road noise outside, but it’s obscured by the ambient background noise from the water feature, so when the weather is nice be sure to get outside and check it out! ☀️The staff and service at Two Tones are always on point and we’ve been very happy with how well we are taken care of there anytime we visit. They are prompt to assist if needed and stay on top of things.

The best place so far in the area. Sometimes the service is great and sometimes not at all. But the food is yummy!July 2023 the wings were served frozen. They just microwave it to reheat it. Made the wings not so great. They never replaced the bad ones, the frozen one we partial ate. As is. Health hazard and horrible! When they microwaved it, it wasn't good.
