Came in for a pickup order today at lunch time. The restaurant was packed, there were only two younger girls running the place and they did a fantastic job with everything!! Great customer service, cool calm and collected, super positive and polite.

Went to subway and ordered cheese steak sand witch on Italian white foot long.. Sandwich was the best.. Service was great.. Buhl subway is the best.. Lots better than filers..

are you f-ing kidding me. I just went to get a sandwhich and the girl making it must be on some sort of drug I told her turkey,cheddar,and toasted easy right asks me multiple time ham right no turkey. she asked again then she proceeded to take my food out of the toaster and let it sit in the counter for 8 minutes till she continued to add topping. she then continued to wrap it up and left some of the sandwich unwrapped. got in the car mine and the other sandwhich was cold. this is b******** Subway get your act together. My food also smells and taste burnt. The lettuce looked old and brown

It's alrightEdit: Now days, the service is actually good. The sandwiches are good, fresh (as far as I know), and they build the sandwich quickly. I always get a customized sandwich, but I would give the sandwiches on the menu a try.

Went into filer subway today...two young minor no manager on duty. Mixed up the two sandwich toppings due to distractions of family coming for free beverages. Went back to ask them to fix the issue they had to call the general manager and the general said because I was there having them put the toppings on that they wouldn't fix the issue of their employees mixing the sandwiches up. Then turn around and offer to pull off the jalapeños off the sandwich which in laws you are prohibited from taking food back into the preparation area once it has be transferred to customer. Also wearing nose piercings and sweats so unprofessional. The nose piercings is another food safety law. I would not ever go to this establishment again. Why should a customer not get what they wanted due to employees error and why should they have to wait for them to contact a manager especially being minors. I believe they are required by state law to.have a manager on duty over 18. So I wasted 20 for two sandwiches. Corporate and Idaho department of health has been notified. Also called back to get general managers information and the minors who were working refused to give the first name of the manager or any information to contact to try and avoid me getting dirext info to get ahold of corporate. They appeared to be the general managers grandkids according to the person that walked in and got free drink in his mug that apparently the general manager had sent in. The guy said, "Did your grandma call you guys yet?" They both replied, "no" and he said, "She will be!" They told me that the person was the general managers son. So put the story together and they all family!

Buhl, Idaho NOVEMBER, 2 2022. This week has been a real mess and this EVENING takes the Cake . Here's my Rant. First off my kitty, Mickee, 10 YEARS old had to put to sleep from a Rotten disease called F.I.P. No known cure. . So, hubby and I didn't feel like cooking so we had a coupon fir Subway BOGO FREE FOOT LONG. We placed tje order online, no.problems. hubby gets there at 7 pm tonight and the lady said. oH I'm sorry we just gave your meal to a lady. WTF? SO please t,!ell.me how can anyone walk in a place saying. I placed an online order and walk away with someone else's order? No payment nothing. I know we all.make.mistskes BUT ... The CASHIER told him our order was the only online.order?, too many questions. First, why didn't the cashier ask for the name on the order? These days we cannot assume anything. I mean if she was so hungry to pull this off, hey we would OF probably bought her one, ONLY IF YIU WERE HONEST. LYING CHEATING STEALING doesn't go good in my book and of all days to happen on a very. SAD DAY. Please people more honesty is needed. I'm so mad I cannot see straight. Thank you fir letting me vent

I walked in, was greeted, and was treated very well. I got a 6 in. Meatball sub. I brought it home to eat it because I knew it would be messy. It turned out to be one of the best subs I have ever had. I even called them to tell them how good it was. I'm definitely going back.
