I just went thru the drive thru I order a deep fried turkey club and it’s literally not deep fried turkey and it’s nothing like any sandwich I have ever had at arbys before. I use to work there and I use to love this sandwich but it’s really gross today and kind of ruined my whole mood. On top of that when I tried calling the store I keep getting hung up on.

I stopped here on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully decorated the restaurant was for Halloween. Inside and out, great effort was made to celebrate the season. This was a fun surprise on a long Halloween drive. My order was promptly prepared, and service was polite. I was saddened that my favorite menu item is no longer available, but a staff person made some alternate suggestions. Overall, a great experience!

I wish I could post a picture of my disappointment in the new turkey sub. Old bun, wilted lettuce, thick with mayo, old tomatoes, turkey with a slap of cheese. Fries not crispy. This is in Burley Idaho. In Minnesota they do the cranberries and stuffing...here nada.not worth the money. I'll have Vinny do my subs!

We were road weary and starved. Rolled into Arby's and they'd just opened. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and food was spot-on. We needed to get back on the road, so Arby's met our needs.
Stopped at the Arby's in Burley on a road trip. Service was friendly and fast. The food was good, consistent as you would expect from Arby's. Had the Greek Gyro, Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich, and a Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap. Worth the stop when you are in the mood for Arby's

not the cleanest Arby's I've been in . food was good . there was food and garbage on the floor in the the kitchen area that no one bothered to clean up and we had to wipe down our own table to sit down and eat.

Waited 30 minutes on my food in the lobby. I was the only customer . Watched all the employees visiting. Finally got my food to go, and it was just a horrible mess. Roast beef wasn't even on the bun. More cheese in the wrapper than on the sandwich. Never again.
