Arby's value for the money is top notch. The gal working the window was super friendly. This is the first positive fast food experience that I've had since Covid began. Their food is super fresh and made correctly. They don't skip on ingredients and my order was made to perfection. Congrats Arby's you are doing it right!
My wife and I didn't have a great experience in the Burley restaurant because the service lacked rather badly. The food was good. We usually go to the restaurant in Twin Falls. The FOOD, SERVICE, AND ATMOSPHERE are downright amazing.
Cashier didn’t even acknowledge us, she just waited for us to start ordering. Literally just stood there and waited for us to order. The first thing she said was which fries we wanted, halfway through ordering. Not great customer service. Food was also cold when we got it. Not a great day.

terrible customer service. the staff talked with attitude and was rude. they did not add on cheese like I asked. they forgot to give me my ajou sauce. they also would not have given us our drinks if not reminded 2 times.

Nightmare.. After 40 minutes, I was informed that the roast beef would take longer to cook because it wasn't prepared during the morning shift. ? I simply left without receiving any food.

Apparently, staff has never heard of artificial sweetener (none available), confused employees, no 3 pepper sauce dispenser in lobby. Arby's, you can do better. Sad.
