OMG I just left Bent Bean 2 minutes ago, they were polite, very fast and this is the best coffee I've ever had! I don't go out for coffee much because it's never good. They're lovely! I almost jumped out of the car to go tell them!

Decided to give bent bean a try after a while and safe to say I won’t return again. After placing my order and paying nearly $7 for my drink, I tried it just after pulling out from the drive thru and right away was not happy with the way the drink was made. I pulled around and said hey, I just went through, I’m so sorry but my drink doesn’t taste good, can I change it for something else? I was told she would ask her manager and the response I got was “we can make you another drink but you have to pay for it.”
Horrible customer service. They had just charged me for a drink and want to charge me a remake because they did not make it correctly? So in the end the customer, is left paying $14 for one drink? I did not go back and forth other than saying how ridiculous that was. I love supporting small town businesses but I’d much rather take my money and business elsewhere.

Like any other casino, a good place to loose your money, LOL.Every time I have been here is always hard to get a drink, something I had to go to the bar to get my own drink more than once on a visit there.Their restaurant do have good food and service it's just the thing of having to pause your game to go grab a drink.
