If there was a negative rating option, that’s what I would pick, but this is the lowest I can go. Food Was terrible, bread was moldy, chicken rings had hair in them, burgers were slopped together had to throw it all out I think about the only thing they couldn’t screw up was the fountain drink, because there is no way to mess that up. DONT GO HERE

Very slow, the chocolate ice cream was not good. They forgot about food from our order and after taking a half hour to get us our food started closing while we were trying to hurry and eat. Also had non employees behind the counter helping. Very unsatisfied.

Order a cheeseburger with bacon i then drive home to notice the burger drenched in mayo with no bacon, so i return to get it fixed and i get a burger with raw bacon on it that absolutely stank like the guy in the back making it. Get some real employees

Took my girlfriend to Arctic Circle on 11/30/2023 around 8p.m. Don't get me wrong the hot chocolate ice cream is Amazing! Definately try it! But..... the girl taking our order was very quiet, you almost couldn't hear her at all... then we got up to the window where the one girl was still quiet but was the only one working! There was 2 other female employees there, sitting on the prep table where they were very visible and on their phones. That is a very big health hazard (to be sitting on a prep table), was not professional at all, and absolutely not attentive to the fact that there was people trying to order and others at a window. Rave to the girl basically working by her self, just needs to speak up a bit, rant to the other two for not helping her or the people behind me. Also, while the ice cream was good, it was very melted! Hopefully this will get fixed ASAP! I unfortunately only got the one girl in the picture but the other one was a skinnier blonde.

This place SUCKS! Went for lunch. My order was wrong and I'm pretty sure they just gave me an old hamburger because it was cold and wrong af! Maybe the employees should quit smoking weed and do their job! Everyone of them looked like theyd been poked in the eyes!

Loved going to this place till I got there at 8:54 p.m. to make a quick order and they already shut down when it says that they close at 9:00 p.m. I don't know when 8:54 became nine never going back

It took ten minutes for us to wait at the window for them to finally tell us the didn't have waffle cones for our ice cream. We said ok. We don't care give us the regular cones. We didn't get the difference in money we paid but the ice cream was good.

We were driving for a long time to get to Boise. Arctic circle was just gonna be a quick stop in and out. Nothing spectacular but as soon as we got inside it was awesome! Ive never seen an Arctic circle so clean before. The food was super fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly.

Ordered our food and had to repeat each thing multiple times because the girl didn’t understand. I get that maybe she can’t hear or may be new. That wasn’t really the issue but it kept going after that. We waited for our food for 20 minutes and this is considered a “fast food” restaurant. I feel like if the food is going to take a long time, then they should at least say something about it. Then the girl forgot our drinks after we waited. She just seemed very confused and was very monotone about everything. Our ice cream was very sour tasting and my chicken strips were all dried up. Both of our fries were super soggy too. It did look clean in there tho
