I have been waiting for 15 mins just to order. It would be understandable if there was a line... but there are only 4 teenagers in front of me. There are 2 kids who work here that are really doing nothing. And one manager ( I believe) working her rear off? It seems completely backwards here; those kids should be prepping the meals not one lady running around putting the online orders together & taking the people iin lines orders making the people in line wait to even place our orders. Something is a miss... The food is great and the place is clean.

There has to be some organization to the flow in order to complete online orders and in store orders. The line is so long and there are 6 or more workers. They were helping two people per 10 minutes. No flow or urgency whatsoever. Multiple people left while we were in line. Including us.

Our first time at this location and it has really good food! My husband and I have never been the biggest fans of the food when we've eaten at other locations. We both had the quesadilla with barbacoa beef and assorted sides and agreed it the best tasting food we've had at a Costa Vida!

I really like to new Baja Bowl! Not too large, a lighter version of a burrito as advertised. Still all the yummy tastes. I had the roasted chicken version with refried beans with all the toppings. Service was pleasant and quick. I think the price could have been a little lower for size. But the size was perfect! Pleasant family atmosphere. Recommend.
I asked extra meat and the lady add and after pick up back. It was funny and ridiculous. I was prefer other brand.

Caroline and Jasmine need serious customer service training. Not only was I chastised for only wanting beans and cheese on my burrito, I was completely ignored at the register while they both helped a group of customers that came in after me. The place was covered in flies and overpriced for the food I received. They also criticized me in Spanish thinking I could not translate. Very unprofessional. I’ll stick to 6 dollar taco truck burritos. They provide better quality of food and service any day. If I could give zero stars I would.
