Do they think the cost of fry sauce is going to make or break the business? Just so everyone knows, there’s a DQ in Rupert that’s nicer and cleaner and the service is better and they don’t charge extra for sauce. When the burley DQ goes out of business it won’t be because they didn’t charge enough for fry sauce.

They are now charging 29 cents for fry sauce. They did not have onion rings. The last three times we have been they have been out of items. This is uncalled for. I will no longer be going here

Very disappointed with Dairy Queen. Asked for my burger with no bun and toppings on the side. Wich they did that but put the mayo and ketchup on the bottom so couldnt use it. Didn't get fry sauce with fries. Went back in and they charged us for the fry sauce. The hamburger patties were so thin.

WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN DO WE NOT GET A FRY SAUCE WITH THE FRIES? I cannot believe you have to pay for fry sauce!! .32 including tax for each. If you have fries you should get 1 fry sauce with your order and pay for any extras. We got gravy to dip our chicken in and that didn’t cost extra! Is it an extra .32 each for ketchup and mustard on your burger? Is it extra $ for napkins? I am disappointed in Burley DQ. We’ve been customers for many years. ☹️

Absolutely ridiculous that they charge you for fry sauce. I would understand a charge if you wanted a bunch of extra, but at least one should come with the meal, like every other burger place in town. At the very least they should tell you up front when you order that fry sauce is an extra charge.

Saw people come in and girl just kept talking to her friend ignoring the customers the way she did have she just doesn't seem like she was there saw her bag food no gloves she really grabbed fries bare hand and yours like if you don't want to work don't get a job cuz I was nasty

The last two orders that I got was horrible. It was the worst experience I’ve had yet at Dairy Queen. We got a lemon lime misty freeze and two blizzards. We had one mobile order where they never contacted me or told me till about 15 minutes after that they were out of the product that I wanted for one of the blizzards. They are out of majority of their products that they have and do not serve the blizzards upside down how they should. some of the employees that work there do not know how to make some of their own products without having to ask someone else. I’m very displaced that it took so long just to get one blizzard done when it could’ve been solved fast and easy. I also do not recommend the cookie dough Reese’s pieces blizzard. It has a taste of wax and is not good at all. The Oreo mint blizzard has way too much mint and overpowers it completely and makes it taste disgusting. I highly do not recommend going to this Dairy Queen especially the outside exterior has not been updated since it was built. The inside is very cramped and small and the bathrooms are outside. I highly do not recommend this as a family friendly establishment.

Worst Dairy Queen!!! Will never go back! I’ve given them multiple shots and they never get it right. Final straw was waiting inside when they were not busy, took 20 minutes to get the blizzard, and it was basically melted by the time they called my number. Absolutely do not recommend visiting this particular location!

I feel like this place gets more expensive, you get less food and I couldn't even get a bag for my food boxs CRAZY ... Im definitely not the type to complain at all but when they don't get your order right, their out of gravy for the chicken strip and they just hand you the boxs of food ???? ... Without drinks 3 orders of 4 piece chicken straps (no gravy can you tell I'm sad about that) and hardly a handful of frys .... $36 + ... it makes me sad used to be a good restaurant
