Other than my delivery driver dropping my bbq chicken bites and then blowing it off by saying “luckily it’s just chicken”, the portions on the chicken bites and bread bowl are noticeably smaller than any other dominos I’ve ordered from across multiple states. The quality was at least still there but definitely will not be ordering from this location again

I called in at 10:30 to have 3 pizzas delivered. Was told they were busy so the pizza would not be here till 12 ok understandable. Call back at 12:15 to see where pizza is, told they got busy and it will be here soon, said they would throw in some stuff for free. Pizza arrives at 12:30 no freebies. Open the pizza up and the pepperoni, sausage, and beef pizza has no beef and the steak and mushroom pizza has a few pieces of mushroom and a few pieces of steak, might as well be a cheese pizza. I like Dominoes pizza but they had a ruff moment and royally screwed this one up.

Y’all want to handout cards too businesses who cant even use them because they don’t deliver?? I think this is a joke don’t handout the redeem 10 cards and get a free pizza if you can’t keep up on the requirements. Wouldn’t recommend this location very rude and lazy especially the manager

We get these collect 10 cards at work for a free pizza and I called to order mine ( mind you it says delivery charge extra on the card) they told me I couldn’t get it delivered without an extra 15 dollar charge or to go pick it up which is ridiculous why give them to us when they know we can’t leave the desk I’ve ordered this multiple times and they always give me a hard time and I have to talk to the manger and they get it figured out but this time the manger was quite rude wouldn’t recommend this location very rude workers who have no clue what they were doing!

Driving to Boise and ordered pizza an hour in advance. We got there 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started making it. Awful!
Called the manger I explained to him I am working a job that has no address and I cant leave the location. The manger took my order followed my directions to a T found the off site location and the pizza was still hot. This location understands what it means when a man is hungry and took care of it. Can't thank them enough.

THE BEST PIZZA IN BURLEY! Most places claim to have the best pizza, but hands down the pizza from this location was the best pizza in town. The manager Isaiah took great care to provide us with superior service and a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend ordering your pizza at Domino's.
