They are horrible we got delivery and they called us on a potential spam and not out local number then takes our food back to the restaurant and we had waited an hour and called she say it was our fault and then got rude and we said for a higher up and she said she was the manager then proceeded to hang up on me while Im trying to get my food this is horrible service

They messed up my order, undercooked the pizza dramatically to the point I had to throw it all away, because it was so late at night and the kids were starving, I didn’t have time for them to remake it so they told me they that they credited my account for the amount I spent, well when I called to use my credit, they said it was not on my account and that “I’m just out of luck” because I don’t know the name of the employee that told me he credited my address.

Ordered two pizzas and parm bites. Foods alright but I was told they no longer offer pepper or cheese packs, and I would have to purchase that in bottles. Asked for marinara with my bites and was told I had to purchase those as well… overpriced pizza has always come with these things, when the change? Is business so bad you have to nickel and dime folks on top of a bad attitude? Won’t support garbage like this.

Atmosphere is just like any other place so nothing to talk about. The food has definitely changed since the '90s. I remember when they closed down for quite a while and started adding new features and new things and it's definitely changed for the better. The prices and the quality of food definitely outline a better stance.

I ordered 35$ worth a couple weeks ago go. Got a cold pizza . While the garlic bites and lava cakes were hot , the pizza was cold and wrong. Tried getting my free pizza last nite. And they said there wasn't an order to my number??? And threatened me with ??, you just lost a customer. Not recommended. Bad for business.

Ordered a couple pizzas and a side. Nothing complicated. Pizza was delivered on time however one thin crust was burnt and all the pieces were spilled all over inside the box like the driver had dropped the pizza and didn’t tell us. The other pizza was not our order and wrong and the pizza slices were cut into different sizes like some slices were huge and others were skinny. I think until our local Domino’s improves their service I’m not going to order anything for awhile. Lost customer here for the time being.
Ordered a large pepperoni extravaganza with olives, and jalapeño on half... grabbed a slice as soon as I got it without looking and realized there was no pepperoni... or sauce or cheese on half the pizza

I ordered 3 pizzas, bread sticks, a sandwich, and cinnamon bites. When I got the food I did not receive the cinnamon bites. When I called to correct the issue the guy said that my house was too far to just deliver the cinnamon bites. He was rude and very unprofessional. I promised my kids those and they were very unhappy with me. I will be ordering from Pizza Hut from now on.

I don’t do reviews, but after going there and asking for peppers and telling me they charge, which is fine he made it seem like it was a big deal. Then I did their deal to get a pizza and a cinnamon twist. You’re supposed to get icing with it and when I got back to my room, the icing wasn’t there. So I go back to get the icing and I’m told that I need to order it and if I don’t order it then it’s not free and I have to pay. I told him I’d show him the receipt that it was on the order and he said no, it’s fine. It’s OK. You can just have it. Why we making things hard over icing.
