If there is a reason to come Burley, then this is it. Wednesday is prime rib french dip day and that’s what we had. It comes with 2lb of fries (I believe that this is law in Idaho) and they are amazing. The prime rib is tender and delicious. If we ever are back in this part of Idaho we will stop in at Edith’s.

Great for burgers and steak, and the deep fried cheese curds with caramel sauce is to die for. I was craving soup the last time we came and for some reason thought their broccoli cheddar sounded great but I couldn’t hardly eat it. I thankfully ordered some sourdough toast to go with it but once I was finished my toast I couldn’t eat it by itself. The broccoli was mush and the color really off. Just a warning and hopefully they take it off of their menu.
