They messed up my order tonight, forgot multiple items and refused to talk to me or my mom. I have a phone recording of them answering the phone but ignoring us for over 5 minutes before i gave up and hing up. Absolute joke.
I understand its a holiday, but this is absolutely ridiculous. How unprofessional and completely disrespectful to the customer. -10/10

I was in this morning ordered two small items as a quick breakfast before work I waited almost 20 min along with 3 other cars parked against the drive through all to have my order wrong. Unacceptable for a fast food restaurant! They definitely need more employees because the girl I think her name was Daniela was taking orders, cashiering and taking orders out! I will not be coming back!
Took 20 minutes to get our food and there were only 2 other customers before us.

This review is for an amazing staff member who had a great customer service and an amazing work ethic!!! I’m a door dasher so I see many employees working in the restaurant industry.. DANI the evening Employee on Thanksgiving day you were a rockstar five stars all the way!!! Give this girl a raise😄

When they leave someone who can’t speak English at the front to take orders… many of us don’t speak Spanish sorry… I wish. Ordered on the app and she didn’t understand. She wouldn’t get anyone. Frustrating. After I left daughter went in after she got off work and asked about it and they gave her an attitude about it. They found the order and gave her cold food. Tried to talk to the manager about it and was denied. Asked for a refund and they asked for my bank statement… really? It just kept getting worse. They had no right to ask for my bank statement. Since they had my online order receipt. Don’t recommend this location.

I went through the drive-through and I was the only car I had a simple order which included two tacos when I paid it the window I asked for taco sauce The boy was clearly irritated. When he handed me my sack, I asked if he put taco sauce in it he rolled his eyes, grabbed red hot sauce, and went to hand it to me and I told him I wanted taco sauce. He told me they were out. I drove around the drive-through and went inside and had to get my own taco sauce. . When I called to speak with the manager, he answered the phone and said he was the manager if this is who is managing the store it’s time for a reevaluation

Not a bad place, their food is usually fresh and the fries hot. But been having by the issue of usually forgetting sauce or getting the order wrong entirely ontop of forgetting straws for the 3 drinks we got. I dont know of some people are having a bad day or if its their first day. But how do you forget straws???

This place has got the worst service ever. Whether you are getting food for yourself or door dashing. My wait is always a long time. And there has been quit a few times I’m running a dash and I’m waiting for 20- 30 minutes for the order. Sadly some for just a couple tacos. Worst service ever. Something needs to be done here

It was well after 3am, and this was one of 2 places open at the time. I got my normal order of 2 tacos and the 3pc jalapeño poppers but, man! Them sucker's were actually too hot! I enjoyed that they've gotten hotter over the years, but now they're too hot - for me - to be enjoyable now 😭😭
As for my go-to tacos, they were soggy, not crispy like they should've been, and one actually tasted and smelled like it was sitting near the dish soap. Needless to say, I didn't eat that one.
This experience was not an enjoyable one, sadly 😞

Burley ID is the most disrespectful store I hope I could take to manager this tall Hispanic guy or Indiana guy was disrespectful and did not have customer service he a had a additude it's 6:30 on a Saturday Feb 8 I hope a owner sees this and fire the guy I'll never go there again tell he's gone... He had no reason for his additude...
The Burley Idaho location was the worst experience I've ever had! The food is beyond lousy! The staff speaks little to no English! The soda machine is out of order. It took 15 minutes to get 2 tacos! They staff had mariachi music blasting from the kitchen! All the staff singing along and laughing. If I'm paying for food I expect them to put me first! Horrible experience! Will not be returning!
