It was well after 3am, and this was one of 2 places open at the time. I got my normal order of 2 tacos and the 3pc jalapeño poppers but, man! Them sucker's were actually too hot! I enjoyed that they've gotten hotter over the years, but now they're too hot - for me - to be enjoyable now 😭😭
As for my go-to tacos, they were soggy, not crispy like they should've been, and one actually tasted and smelled like it was sitting near the dish soap. Needless to say, I didn't eat that one.
This experience was not an enjoyable one, sadly 😞

Burley ID is the most disrespectful store I hope I could take to manager this tall Hispanic guy or Indiana guy was disrespectful and did not have customer service he a had a additude it's 6:30 on a Saturday Feb 8 I hope a owner sees this and fire the guy I'll never go there again tell he's gone... He had no reason for his additude...
The Burley Idaho location was the worst experience I've ever had! The food is beyond lousy! The staff speaks little to no English! The soda machine is out of order. It took 15 minutes to get 2 tacos! They staff had mariachi music blasting from the kitchen! All the staff singing along and laughing. If I'm paying for food I expect them to put me first! Horrible experience! Will not be returning!
The food was very good and freshly made, the service was horrible because for the employees, the phone comes first because their work is done and I looked very dirty.

People at the damn store can't even speak English you make an order and they don't understand what you're saying You're recorded fries you get regular fries she can't even give you your change without writing it on a piece of paper because you don't know how to speak English this is America people we're not in Mexico
Horrible the sourdough jack is supposed to be toasted and at least warm and what's with the soggy piece of lettuce service was poor to non existent lousy experience burgers were cold and soggy feels like I got ripped off I paid for a toasted burger not what we got worst food experience this year big bah humbug to the staff
The food isn’t bad but tbh kinda upset that I decided to pull up and order instead of using the app and I wasn’t able to order what I wanted because it was “app exclusive.” Also when I order 20 dollars of food and ask for a sauce, and you give me one packet, kindly go step on a lego.

Completely screwed up our order and charged us double. After that we went inside because we were missing have our food and they proceeded to blame the company for messing up our order.

Exposition: Extreemly understaffed, There was one family(of 4) in front of my order.
I waited 40 minutes before receiving my order of 3 $5 meals and 4 tacos. What I got was 2 meals and one wasn't what I ordered. When I asked to have them fix the order they said they would. 15 minuets passed and I still didn't hear anything then I asked again and "they" the only person at the counter didn't know I was still waiting. So I waited 5 more minutes and I decided to leave. The food was luke warm when it came out, let alone an hour later for a carry out. I can't imagine how that would affect other businesses like door dash or Uber eats.

I love their food, but there's been a couple times where I'm off work late and I come and get a burger and its rotten and today I feel like I was nice I just wanted my burger right and the girls service at the window was kind of rude didn't say a word just lots of attitude. I'm sorry if you're having a bad day.

It was 6 am and we were the only ones in the drive-through. We ordered and were asked to pull forward. We waited 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast burrito. There were no other customers during this time. Once we got food. The burrito was a mess. We got no napkins and the lady who bought our food out acted like it was a big inconvenience for her. Not sure if we will come back to this store. ?
