My husband and I LOVE the portobello sandwich and usually order with extra grilled onions and peppers and they always comply without additional charges. This store could have used another body helping out as the wait was longer than usual because they had an eleven order before us. Sandwich was super hot and delicious and 2 employees seemed to work well together.

Excellent service, sandwiches, and super clean.
Colbg, Issac, and I didn't grab the ladies name were all attentative and helpful. The store and bathroom were clean. We ordered a tuna sandwich, and portabello mushroom. They cleaned the grill and cooked the mushroom to ensure it's santizied of meats.
Flavors and portions were both good.

This location is simply fantastic! Every time my Wife and I go here we always get delicious subs. They have something for everyone from hot subs to cold subs. The super friendly and speedy staff add to the welcoming atmosphere, making each visit feel like a treat. The employees always have top notch service! they’ve earned every single one of their 5 stars! This location has earned its place as a go-to spot for satisfying cravings.

They don't put allergy information on their cookies as they should given its literally a law so even though their chocolate chip cookies Definitely contain nuts it's not listed on the packaging or online so if you have an allergy avoid this place. Honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The most dirty food place I’ve been to. I’ve been here twice while in the area for work, the first time my sandwich was good despite how filthy it was and aside from not taking apart and wiping down their filthy dirty slicer with a wet sani rag, they did a good job handling my gluten allergy. The countertops they work on are filthy with not only crumbs but the cutting board in front of the lettuce etc was drenched entirely with oil like it wasn’t cleaned all day except for someone using a dry paper towel to wipe it. Dirty scrapers/spatulas used to cook cheesesteaks on the grill. The area by the soda machine was filthy too with dried spilled soda all over the counter, inside of the soda machine drain area was gross too. The customer service leaves something do be desired, first visit they were just standing around talking about their hair. Second time they actually were working but they aren’t friendly at all, they don’t have an upbeat or friendly attitude and never smile. The most recent time I went they had their “excellent compliance” certificate from the health inspector posted on the window, they did a great job getting their act together on inspection day that’s for sure. Worst Jersey Mike’s location I’ve ever been to.

I have celiac disease and found out they have gluten free options for their sandwiches. I was so excited and got a hot sandwich. They prepared it in a separate area to minimize cross contamination. And the gluten free bread was so good! It's hard to find fast food with celiac disease but I'm excited to add jersey mikes to my go to list

Amazing food. This restaurant is absolutely clean. The only issue I have is they play heavy death metal on the radio. I wanted a relaxing environment. The music isn’t welcoming.
