Called ordered, and paid for my sandwich to be Delivered that was at 3:42 pm . I waited about 15 minutes and called back, they said they were waiting for someone to pick it up,and l said ok. Then l waited till 4:25 pm and called them and said l would come and get it myself, they are 4 minutes away, when l got there they came to the window and ask if it would be cash or charge l had to show them on my phone that l had already paid. That was the most incompetent service l have ever seen, this was in Burley id. I hope Jimmy johns steps up there game

I’ve been here a total of 2 times. Each time it’s only been because I was passing through burley. Each time the sandwiches were pretty bad. Green tomatoes both times, and then sandwiches just taste kinda bad. I don’t know if the bread is old/stale, but it’s never been a good experience.

The employees were also visibly disturbed by our presence in the store. Maybe these were just bad days for them but these visits were 6 months apart.

I’ve held off on this review for a long time, but I’m posting in hopes that the owner/manager will see this and make a change. We love Jimmy John’s and the sandwiches are always good, when and if there is bread. We have made orders online multiple times now around 7:45 at night (they close at 9) and they have been out of bread five or six times. Last time we pulled in at 8:15, and the employees were already cleaning up and hadn’t even seen our receipt. So my husband went in and sat for a few minutes and they finally noticed him, looked at the receipt and told him they were out of bread. I don’t know, but maybe a solution would be to make more bread? Maybe don’t get ready to close at 8? Just please, please try to improve your service.

Sandwiches are always great but yesterday this kid gave me my sandwich and I asked him for a bag and napkins. He walked over to them, grabbed a bag and stayed right there. He didn't walk back to the register to had me the bag and when I asked for napkins he pointed to them. They were literally right in front of him and he made me walk to the soda machine and grab my bag and napkins. No it wasn't too much exercise FOR ME, but I think 5 steps to the left to hand me my food and napkins was too much for him. ??

We usually like Jimmy John’s, but this locations Jimmy John’s is always out of bread! The last 3 of the 4 times we have tried to eat here, they have been out of bread. Usually we show up at least an hour before closing. Not sure how a sandwich shop can so often be out of bread.

I drove into town still on pacific time zone. I realized I was right at closing, but the crew stepped up and made me a sandwich to perfection. I really appreciate it! 7/2/24 at about 825p

They had us wait for 5 minutes, and we went to order they told us they didn't have enough bread to make 5 sandwiches... Who does that? I'd probably go to Burger King next door and save the hassle.

This was my first time at a Jimmy John's and the restaurant was very clean. However, after specifically asking for mustard only my sandwich had mayonnaise...yuck!

I took my sandwich back and they seemed irritated. The confusion was I said mustard only and they said I didn't exclude mayonnaise. Wow!

As I watched them make my sandwich I was surprised b the 2 very thin pieces of turkey on my sandwich.

Hopefully not all Kimmy John's are not that bad!
