My family stops here every time we are driving to Boise, and we have never had a bad experience. Although, I haven’t gone through the drive through, every time I go in the employees are so nice and efficient!

I love Jimmy John’s but this is the WORST one I’ve been to! They mess up the order almost every single time I go there! I always get the same sandwich which is supposed to be roast beef. I got it yesterday and I live 30 minutes away. Got home and it was turkey and provolone!! Not impressed. This location messes up soooo much!!

I had made an order for pickup on 8/31 for 10am. When I got in Janessa and Deena were awesome and let me know that I set it on the app for 9/1 at 10am. They knew we were in town for just the weekend and still made the order anyway. We appreciate them still making the order for us and getting us on our way! Please give them a raise for helping us out. We love it for being our first time in Burley.

Called ordered, and paid for my sandwich to be Delivered that was at 3:42 pm . I waited about 15 minutes and called back, they said they were waiting for someone to pick it up,and l said ok. Then l waited till 4:25 pm and called them and said l would come and get it myself, they are 4 minutes away, when l got there they came to the window and ask if it would be cash or charge l had to show them on my phone that l had already paid. That was the most incompetent service l have ever seen, this was in Burley id. I hope Jimmy johns steps up there game 3/13/2025

I’ve been here a total of 2 times. Each time it’s only been because I was passing through burley. Each time the sandwiches were pretty bad. Green tomatoes both times, and then sandwiches just taste kinda bad. I don’t know if the bread is old/stale, but it’s never been a good experience.
The employees were also visibly disturbed by our presence in the store. Maybe these were just bad days for them but these visits were 6 months apart.
The mobile app was difficult to use. It was not user friendly.

I’ve held off on this review for a long time, but I’m posting in hopes that the owner/manager will see this and make a change. We love Jimmy John’s and the sandwiches are always good, when and if there is bread. We have made orders online multiple times now around 7:45 at night (they close at 9) and they have been out of bread five or six times. Last time we pulled in at 8:15, and the employees were already cleaning up and hadn’t even seen our receipt. So my husband went in and sat for a few minutes and they finally noticed him, looked at the receipt and told him they were out of bread. I don’t know, but maybe a solution would be to make more bread? Maybe don’t get ready to close at 8? Just please, please try to improve your service.
