The amount of meat on the sandwich is ridiculous. The meat couldn't have been sliced any thiner and had two slices with a piece of cheese in the middle. For what it cost it is not worth it.

Consistently great sandwich fare. I love that I can order ahead and pick up on my way to work or home, and the sandwich will be made EXACTLY how I've requested in the online app, without me needing to be present. Ingredients are always top notch and the bread fresh, never soggy like the competition. Keep up the freaky fast and fresh!

You have some lazy workers at this location! We were at our hotel and ordered online. Then we get a phone call telling us they have no drivers and to come pick it up if we want it. So we go pick it up… it was 7:30 and they were already closing with lights off, chairs on the tables… brooms out on the counter and the two girls working there with their boyfriends sitting there waiting for us to leave so they can be lazy. She hands us a bag of food and doesn’t say anything other than byeeeee. So I asked, where’s our drinks? She didn’t even give cups or offer them. She says you get it yourself.Really lazy, non caring brats. You need real employees, stop hiring bratty children. The sandwiches were made sloppy, all pickles in one spot, things missing from the order, … a mess. I love Jimmy John’s but this Burley location SUCKS!!!!!

Do not order anything for Delivery through the store or through DoorDash. They don’t deliver yet the website allows you to place delivery orders.I’m out $70 because I ordered on both for delivery.Better yet don’t support this store

I was craving in a Sandwich from Jimmy John. So bad and it was nasty The bread was paid for cheese. Didn't get my cheese when I called they said I will give you 1.05 back okay
I'm a Jimmy John's fan. I'm a new customer to jimmy John's. I've read some bad reviews but I've never had one. If I'm hungry and in a hurry for a quick sandwich I'll choose jimmy John's over subway everyday. I like the turkey tom. I add cheese, peppers, onions, and extra tomatoes.

A veggie sub, very unfortunate to see this taken as literally as this. A humorous coincidence? Perhaps. But, also a frustrating product to see in your bag of food. This would have been quite delicious in some bread. What a bummer dude.

Restaurant allows you to order online for delivery and charges your card. They then call you minutes later and tell you they have no drivers and they can cancel your order or you can pick up. If you cancel it they take days to get your money back.
