We just ordered sausage cheese McMuffin and they said we ordered with egg which we didn’t and they was trying to adjust it and the girl said are you “deadass”. Which wasn’t our fault if the person who as taking our orders was doing it right. Not very demure. February 15 at 8:16 am order 1556

Used to be the go-to place for the low-cost meal for a family that wanted to get a quick and affordable bite. Now might as well sit down at a quality eating establishment for what you pay. (And the ice cream machines aren't down 3 weeks out of a month staff just doesn't want to reclean mixer to make the ice cream.) FYI if I'm told water lines are frozen during 80 to 90-degree again I'll lose it.

730PM on a Friday while on a cross-country road trip. We ordered a very large order thru the mobile app. Once we began to hand out the food - it was BADDDD. The nuggets were rubber and clearly cooked HOURS ago. (We ordered 40 - think that would be worth doing a fresh batch?) The fries just as old, cold and soggy! Also, paid extra for sauces NOT A SINGLE SAUCE IN THE BAG. I called back and they wouldn't refund me unless I drove BACK TO THE STORE to physically present the card I paid with thru a MOBLIE APP. It's just gotten ridiculous that you can't even get DECENT fast food from the largest fast food chain. I really can't wrap my head around how these workers earn their $25 dollars an hour. I NOW HAVE TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY FOR STORE MANAGER TO REFUND ME.

I went to pick up my mobile order I had placed on the app. Never received its. Waited 20 mins outside at curbside spot #6 went in and notified that I hadn't gotten my order and it was to late for me to get my food since I had to be at work. Please double check you actually have given someone there food.

I normally never post reviews especially on restaurants coming from a person who works in food so I’m usually pretty understanding and have never left a review, but today I am. I get you guys are fast food and not a 5 star gourmet restaurant, but the service was horrible and cleanliness was less than bad. You come to the counter for help and everyone just stares at you Ike it’s not their job to help costumers. The tables and seats were nasty and not cleaned. The bathroom, was disgusting, smelled horrible and a huge mess.

I came and it's after 10:30 in the morning and because they have soo many breakfast orders they are saying even though they start serving lunch at 1030 am I can't order it? Spoke to the manager and it's up to them to decide what they serve even though their menus only show lunch now. Hmmm not even worth one star!

Seriously disappointed in today’s service. First charged us for the wrong order tried correcting it and still was struggling to understand. Decided to just get a happy meal and where they proceeded mess it up and give us the wrong items. They had us pull up to the next window where we waited 7 minutes they came to the window to try to get us someone else’s food and told us the manager was coming with the right stuff and the manager never showed! Seriously disappointed
