Slowest. Laziest, crappiest McDonald’s I have EVER door dashed for (5+ locations). 10% occupancy , 20% max work load (I’ve worked fast food before) and yet, the lazy workers took 15 minutes get my order out AFTER I waited in my car beforehand. huge massive joke. To add, ZERO customer service, hella attitude, and no communication. GOOD JOB BURLEY!!! Precisely what I expected of you.

Went to McDonald's in Burley, ID for quick cheese burger, nuggets, and fries just after 9pm. Fries and nuggets were cold. Poor service over all.

Another failed trip to a McDonald's. Ordered some apples pies then got to the window and cashier said out of apple pies and gave holiday pies but once we got to the final window they were out of holiday pies. Sad to order two items and they were out of one. Cashiers we're busy braiding their hair or something when we got there. Maybe they should focus on customer orders instead of promising items they don't have. Also they should focus on giving change not that you have to carry around ten dimes.

We just ordered sausage cheese McMuffin and they said we ordered with egg which we didn’t and they was trying to adjust it and the girl said are you “deadass”. Which wasn’t our fault if the person who as taking our orders was doing it right. Not very demure. February 15 at 8:16 am order 1556
Used to be the go-to place for the low-cost meal for a family that wanted to get a quick and affordable bite. Now might as well sit down at a quality eating establishment for what you pay. (And the ice cream machines aren't down 3 weeks out of a month staff just doesn't want to reclean mixer to make the ice cream.) FYI if I'm told water lines are frozen during 80 to 90-degree again I'll lose it.

I had a very simple order and I don’t know any to leave the line and park in those other spaces while my food gets cold and other larger orders pull ready that through!!!!
730PM on a Friday while on a cross-country road trip. We ordered a very large order thru the mobile app. Once we began to hand out the food - it was BADDDD. The nuggets were rubber and clearly cooked HOURS ago. (We ordered 40 - think that would be worth doing a fresh batch?) The fries just as old, cold and soggy! Also, paid extra for sauces NOT A SINGLE SAUCE IN THE BAG. I called back and they wouldn't refund me unless I drove BACK TO THE STORE to physically present the card I paid with thru a MOBLIE APP. It's just gotten ridiculous that you can't even get DECENT fast food from the largest fast food chain. I really can't wrap my head around how these workers earn their $25 dollars an hour. I NOW HAVE TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY FOR STORE MANAGER TO REFUND ME.

I went to pick up my mobile order I had placed on the app. Never received its. Waited 20 mins outside at curbside spot #6 went in and notified that I hadn't gotten my order and it was to late for me to get my food since I had to be at work. Please double check you actually have given someone there food.
