Went for dinner ordered at the drive thru and was asked to wait in front parking spot because my food wasn’t ready and that’s fine when my food arrived I asked if there was sweet and sour sauce she said idk I said may I get some please she said it’s in your bag probably I said I don’t see any may I please get a few ahe yelled it’s in there as she was walking away very rudely. She was very rude and unprofessional at that point I walked inside and asked a lady up front for her name and she said it was Yasmine. She then asked why I told her and all she said was ok I’ll talk to her almost acting like it was nothing. I asked if she was the manager she said yes I asked for her name and she said Jocelyn. I have worked in customer service and still do and have never treated my customers in that manner. Very disappointing customer service and for the manager she didn’t bother to even apologize for her employees behavior.

First of all can we mention that this little carton the size of a small palm is just $1.60 less than a plate that has three times the food in it? Second we ordered a second plate of just the main dishes without a side and got this tiny carton of food in place of the plate we really asked for that comes with two mains.

Everytime we come, the woman at the front rush and are rude. If they didn’t stop half way through you ordering, there is a small chance that they will get the order right. We like Panda Express but they’d better step up their customer service.

The food was a solid four stars. We got a fully sealed empty packet that should have had a fortune cookie in it, which made us laugh. Their custom drink was delicious!!

They over cook the food. The sesame shrimp is really jerky steak and shrimp. I wish I didn’t buy it. Panda no longer gives samples so I had no way of knowing.

I did an online order thinking that would be the fastest way to get our meal to go.. definitely not!!! Took about 45 minutes (15 minutes longer than promised and that is ridiculous.) Should have gone to a sit down restaurant instead
I asked for the new Hot orange chicken, they gave me the normal orange chicken. I work late and by the time I got home to eat, the restaurant was closed...and the guy at the window in the drive thru started to stare at me like I was trying to get away with doing somthing. 😒 not happy about wasting 10$+ to get somthing that I didn't want. I only ate there tonight instead of jack in the box SPECIFICALLY FOR THE HOT ORANGE CHICKEN. Not to mention the regular orange chicken I got was dry and tuff also, so even if I got the food I actually wanted, it most likely still be unhappy with my choice for where to buy dinner.
