Slow so slow 1 person on the line they care about dive through so much the line inside to the door. I barely come here because of how slow they are plan on waiting about 15 minutes to even order if they have anyone in line. They spend more time talking then working.

The place was pretty busy. We've never waited so long at a Panda before. This was a Sunday night. They were a little short hand, but they all did extremely well under pressure, especially the cook in the back she was running her butt off back and forth, cooking things. The food was hot and amazing. You all did an amazing job keeping the lobby clean. Great job, you guys. Keep it up.. You're all amazing

I ordered teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. The teriyaki came out in huge pieces and lacked flavor. I wasn't offered any sauce, but other Pandas' I frequent, I find that I don't need it. The orange chicken was disgusting. The pieces were hard. My plastic fork wouldn't pierce the chicken. The sauce was also very sticky and had a glue feeling. I ended up throwing it all out. Avoid this location.

Our family loves this Panda Express. We always stop in Burley for the nearby supercharger. We get the orange chicken/bourbon chicken/kung pao chicken. Their super greens side is my favorite instead of rice or noodles. Every time we walk in the place is clean and lovely. But like, when did the food at Panda get so good? Is it just this location or like a company-wide reboot? This is not the low-end food court Panda Express we had grown to loathe.

I go to Panda Express quite frequently, my favorite from there has to be the Honey Sesame Chicken, I have been to other Panda Express locations as I lived in Boise for a few months and currently live in Twin. I travel to Burley twice a week for work and always stop here. The employee's are always very friendly. Many of the employees have stuck out to me but to recognize just a couple. My first ever experience at this particular Panda , I dealt with a girl named Lupita , she was very friendly and although I had to wait a few minutes for my food she made sure that I received it in a timely manner. The second employee was a young man I believe his name is Gio or Johnny honestly I am not sure . Everytime I go to Panda he seems to be there, and I honestly look forward to the customer service I know I will receive. He is always very friendly and the few times my order has had errors he has quickly fixed it in an extremely professional as well as friendly manner. Good customer service goes a long way for me especially as someone who grew up in a generation that holds that with upmost importance. Also I believe the other gal is named Jocelyn, she is always friendly and has a smile on her face. I love this particular Panda location. Although it is just a fast food restaurant many employees treat it as though they have wanted to do this their entire life. I thoroughly enjoy this location and highly recommend it
