Food and service is great, but when a vehicle that was in their parking lot goes missing its no big deal!!! My son and i had left my sons car there till we could get it towed elsewhere,,, well on 3/28/25 we get there and its gone… i had already been worried they would have it towed since it was left there so when it was gone i started calling the local tow companies,,, NONE HAVE THE CAR!! so next day i go and look at each towyard just incase,,, again its nowhere!! So i am completely confused as to where my sons car is and go speak with a employee and ask if they could tell me if the business had it towed or what,, i was told that they never had it towed,,, so if they didnt have it towed than someone stole it and they wouldn’t even check the cameras so i could find out who took my sons car tu ay
Definitely better than staying home cooking. Plus football games, multiple TV's to different games. If you're a fan of anything they probably can accommodate you for that specific day. Good family run business. Time is probably summer there closed at 11 in winter. Probably customer base to save money.

An ok place, full of people on Friday night. It provided a good source of some positive energy. They were doing Kareoke. It was definately for the whole family, as children were present, although they were not allowed at the bar. The only criticism that I can share, was the demeanor, attitude and politeness, or lack thereof, of the 20 ish year old blonde bartender. I've said it before, to put people so lacking in social skills in a prominent position where they will be directly interacting with your customers, is a mistake, although in this case, I don't think that it was because she didn't have social skills, she just used them in a dismissive and impolite way, which is why I left early, I might have eaten if I hadn't left, but as I didn't, I can't give a review on their food. People like that would be better off in the back, washing dishes. The dark haired lady bartender seemed friendly and exuberant. Friendly service makes or breaks your experience in practically any business that deals with the public.

We went here for the first time for the Friends trivia night and had the best time! I really hope they do this monthly! We only had appetizers and a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was good. Will definitely try the pizza next trivia night!

This is the worst food I've eaten in awhile. We had a party of 10. I ordered a glass of wine and a salad. My wine glass was dirty, though the wine was decent. My salad tasted stale. I couldn't eat it. The wait staff also didn't say anything about me not eating the salad. I'm guessing they receive bad reviews often. One member in our party ordered clam chowder. Four of us tasted it. It had clam in it, but it didn't taste at all like clam chowder. It also wasn't thick. It tasted like celery. The best thing I can say about the soup was it was homemade, but honestly, it would have been much better out of a can. Most in my party ordered prime rib. No one was able to eat half their meal. They aren't the type to complain. I found out later they thought the prime rib was atrocious. We would have had better food at McDonald's, or if we had just stayed home. A $330 bill was far too much for such a terrible meal.
This place is OOZING with potential but just slightly misses the mark. When we saw it was nearly empty on a Saturday night we were a little hesitant but wanted to give it a chance.
There's no host and no "Seat Yourself" sign so there's a chance you'll stand there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge you. When we took the hint and sat down, no one came over to greet us or bring a menu. After awkwardly waiting again, we noticed the menu on the wall. When I went over to the counter I was finally acknowledged and given a paper menu.
While trying to order, we were told that they couldn't do a half pepperoni half cheese on the 12" only the 16", a silly policy if someone is trying to do half and half with a single topping.
Garlic knots we're somehow burnt on the outside and doughy on the inside. Dipping sauce was watery. Wings were decent, but on the small side for $10/half dozen. Spicy BBQ sauce was generic but tasty.
Pizzas were alright but greasy. The crust had a nice cook but could use a little flavor kick (rather bland dough).
No one came to check the status of our drinks, your given paper plates to eat off, no silverware, no napkin dispensers. The building is absolutely beautiful and it's a bit of a letdown that the food quality and service don't match the esthetic.
My advice for this owner: have your servers actually serve. It would go so far! Your customers will feel more valued and your staff will get better tips leading to less turnover (Help Wanted sign up is another red flag). With legitimate service, I recommend upgrading to real dining ware, including silverware and drink cups. You're charging too much and have too nice of a place to be going with disposable dining ware. By having customers pay upfront you're horribly limiting add-on sales like desserts or even your lollipops for sale at the register.
Make sure the ingredients are fresh and high quality only, make your own dough, up the service game and you'll have a winner.

We just ordered some pizza and garlic knots. The garlic knots were raw dough inside, and the meat pizza was so salty crust was also burnt. We paid over $100 for for what we thought was good pizza. Not so sure will be back. Disappointed.

This is a HUGE shout out to Portside Pizza for making my gender reveal so special. Pops did an amazing job as always by making fabulous pizza for our guest and creating a fun way to find out what we were having. Also the new waitress was awesome. This is the place for all of your celebrations. They treat you amazingly and the food there is better than anywhere else. We found out that…..It’s a Girl! ?
