The worst bartenders ever on a Saturday night. They cater to the local people and friends and play on there phones. You could have an empty drunk and they walk right by you. You have to ask for a drink and then they're annoyed with you for putting them out. I've been there a few times and will never go back. I'll walk to BJs over this place. It's a joke. Can't wait for Wingers to open. The place would be ok if they got new bartenders.

My wife and I stayed here on the way to visit her parents twenty-three years ago. Over these past years this has been our hotel of choice to stay at coming and going each summer. We know have three children and pets that enjoy the courtyard and swimming pool while she and I enjoy the bar/lounge services as we watch them enjoy the stay.
We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping only came once. The walls are super thin so we could hear the neighbors talking, coughing, and their alarm and TV at 5am. The bar/lounge needs to open earlier to take some strain off of Perkins as they were always packed and struggled to serve everyone in a timely manner.

Rooms are clean great locations, the staff are friendly, the breakfast changes every morning it's not the same thing over and over. The lounge is awesome enjoy happy hour. the fitness center is great and can't forget the pool and hot tub.

The personnel were very helpful. They were especially friendly and very caring. They were always willing to help any way possible. We were traveling with our pets and they were caring toward them. Friendly caring

The food is definitely "Not" worth the value. I finished Eating what I ordered out of desperation because I was hungry. I ordered a beer off tap and it was not very cold. My first impression this place is a two Out of five at best. I saw another customer walk up to the bar and order a simple vodka martini.The bartender had no idea how to make it.

Will be only staying at a Best Western hotel from now on! Everything was terrific! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Everything was clean and updated. Breakfast choices were wonderful! The most choices we have had it was great. Wi-Fi worked very well.
