I was recently at starbucks we asked for two large drinks the cashier was very rude about us repeat our order as we were waiting they gave us the wrong drinks that we didn't pay for they had over charge us for the drink that we didn't ask and them for they told us to pay for the drinks that they messed up on i would recommend going here anymore

Me and my family were getting drinks and this one girl with pink hair i think was getting our order and she was very rude and snarky. I will go back but I will not have her taking my order.

I come in occasionally because my boyfriend got me a reloaded gift card and this morning it seemed like there was a new girl working and I noticed this lady getting quite upset because her drink was supposed to be hot and not cold and I'd just like to say I hope when you're getting your coffee in the morning even if they make mistakes please be nice to the employees alot of times they are in a huge rush and trying to do way too many things at once they're doing their best so of they make mistake please let then know in a nice manner I'm sure they'd be happy to fix it for you as long as you're respectful

Today I stopped at the Starbucks in the Burley Smith’s. The cashier Jessica was very polite and I was checked out promptly. But when given my pumpkin spice latte it was 6.10 for the small and it was only 3/4 full. I do not know why? But for 6.10 I want a full cup of coffee! I will NOT be buying from there again!

The lady today had a huge line, and wouldn’t even acknowledge the man in line, just kept working at the slowest pace I have ever seen and was ignoring the line. I waited 10 min and then I left because I was the 3 in line and the man at the front said he had been in line for like 15min!

All that matters is that the only individual working here is, Faith and they’re holding it down like a pro. It’s Extremely stressful making my 4 drinks that I ordered online while there is a 6 person line waiting. It’s not fair they’re working alone on a weekend. I’m giving them a 5 star review, not the management.

Takes too long to get order
WORST experience ever. The employee was late to work apparently and as I patiently waited for her to start her day after she told me she was late and it would be a FEW minutes. I patiently waited for like 15 minutes more than a "few". When I asked her how much longer it was going to be she replied it was going to be at least another 20 minutes for everything the warm up! Why didn't she just say it was going to be like more than a half hour. I can make a cup of jo way faster than 35 plus minutes and saved me $15 bucks! Will not ever be back.

Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. My drink was incorrectly made twice, the staff did not acknowledge my presence for a good 5 minutes and were rude to boot. To top it all off the man in front of me found a hair in his coffee. Not the experience I expect from a consistently good chain like Starbucks.

Every time I go to Starbucks, the baristas are very nice. Everyone is helpful and professional. Sometimes the drive thru line is long but it goes quickly.
